"HEY HEY HEY! Let's play the test of courage!" Bokuto said excitedly on the fifth night.
The people joining the activity were: Kurumi, Kuroo, Lev, Yaku, Akaashi, Bokuto, Tsukishima, Hinata, Asahi, Yamaguchi, Kageyama, and Nishinoya. Technically most of them were forced to join by Bokuto since they failed to escape while the others managed to do so.
Kurumi was one of the people who was forced as she hated this type of activity. She could feel her hands shaking as she didn't know what she was supposed to expect during the activity. As she continued to tremble, she felt a warm pair of hands enveloping hers. She instantly calmed down from the warmth that was given off. She looked up to see Kuroo. "Kitten, are you scared?"
She nodded. "I didn't want to join this at all..."
He chuckled as he ruffled her hair. "Don't worry, I'll stay beside you."
"Thanks, but we don't even know who our partners will be," she sulked.
"I have a feeling I will get paired up with you," Kuroo said before his face lit up. "I wish I was adenine so I could get paired with U."
Kurumi laughed as she forgot about her fear at that moment.
"Pick a paper from here!" Bokuto said at the next moment.

Kurumi stared at Kuroo in shock at the result. Kuroo smirked at her expression. "Told you~"
"But how?!" She asked.
"I just had a feeling," he said.
As she was still in the state of shock, she heard several reactions from the others.
"Please tell me this is a joke. How can this be? This just exceeded pure coincidence," Akaashi sighed as he rubbed his temple, already feeling drained.
"HEY HEY HEY! YOU ARE WITH ME, AKAASHI!" Bokuto laughed.
"Which is the problem," Akaashi mumbled.
"AKAASHI?!" Bokuto yelled.
"At least I'm with you, Noya," Asahi said with a look of relief.
"Don't worry, I have your back!" Nishinoya said loudly.
"Thank goodness, I'm paired with you, Tsukki!" Yamaguchi said.
"WHY HIM OUT OF EVERYONE?! LET ME HAVE A BREAK!" Yaku yelled in disbelief.
"Should I hold the flashlight since I'm taller?" Lev asked innocently, making Yaku kick him.
"Boke! If I get less scared, you are buying me a milk box for a whole week!" Kageyama challenged Hinata.
"Bring it on! If I get less scared, you are tossing to me whenever I want!" Hinata challenged back.
"Idiots," Tsukishima mumbled.
