'This place is cold and dark, I don't even know if I'll see the sun anytime soon, I hate it here.' Alatus thought as he stared at the ceiling.

"Yaksha!" The deep voice of the evil god called out in a demanding voice. "Come here, you have work to do!"

Alatus got up from where he was sitting and approached his master.

"Yes, master..?" Alatus asked as he kneeled in front of the evil god, making sure to keep his eyes glued to the floor.

"You know what you must do, this human must be killed." The evil god bellowed.

"Please, I don't want to die!" The male human cried out as he cowardly sat in the corner of the jail cell.

'I don't understand why I must slaughter so much...is this really what I'm destined to do until I die?' Alatus thought as he looked at the human behind the bars. Alatus could tell his legs were already broken probably from his master so he couldn't try to run away.

"Why must this human be killed master?" Alatus asked, but he soon regretted asking that as he was slammed against the wall.

He felt the fingers of his master's hand wrap around his neck and slowly start to squeeze, he was having a hard time breathing under his grasp. His vision started to go blurry, he did his best to break free but it was useless, his master easily overpowered him.

"You will not question me, do you understand me Yaksha!" The evil god growled out as he threw Alatus across the room. "You will do as you are told without question!"

Alatus screamed as he was thrown across the room and landed on the floor with a thud. He slowly sat up and coughed a couple of times as air entered his lungs again.

"Sorry, master, I will not disobey you again..." Alatus said with a raspy voice, he coughed a couple more times before standing back up.

"Good, now get to work!" The evil god commanded.

Alatus stood up and entered the jail where the human was still cowering in the corner.

"Please no!" The human screamed out as he trembled in fear as Alatus got closer, summoning his spear.

'I'm so sorry...' Alatus told himself as he began his slaughter.

Soon the body of the human was lifeless, Alatus was ordered to slowly break most of his bones making the killing slow and painful. Alatus couldn't take it anymore, hearing the human's screams were too much to where he finally ended his suffering. He soon consumed the human's dream. This human had a family, he had a wife and two small children, a boy and a girl. The family looked so beautiful and happy, and he just destroyed it.

"Very good Yaksha," The evil god said from the outside of the jail cell. "Now onto the next task at hand."

'I hate this so much...when will this stop...Will I ever be free...?' Alatus was lost in his thoughts. Then he heard someone in the distance call out his name.

"Alatus!" The unknown male voice called out but he did not recognize the voice. Then everything went dark.

Xiao was dreaming about his past but then his dream took him to some strange cavern he's never seen before. He wandered around a bit then he saw Aether ahead of him. He tried to speak but no sound came out of his mouth. Xiao ran up to Aether, Aether turned around to face Xiao but a split second later, Xiao felt a presence behind him and the look on Aether's face was pure terror.
