Chapter 7 Faith

*Somewhere In Teyvat*

"Your highness, we have located your brother." The unknown male voice spoke.

"Good. My brother needs to be brought to me unharmed. Do you understand?" Lumine spoke at the figure kneeling in front of her.

"Yes, as you wish." The male voice responded.

"My brother and I need to leave this world, we do not belong here," Lumine whispered to herself as she looked off in the distance.

*Wangshu Inn*

Xiao and Aether made it back to the inn before the storm arrived. Aether was staring out the window, watching as the storm raged on outside. Aether was thinking about his sister, but he was also thinking about this world and Xiao. He wondered if Lumine would stay here with him, over time Aether was considering Teyvat to be his home more so now that he fell in love with Xiao and he didn't want to be away from him.

Xiao opened the door to the room and saw that the room was empty. He had just got done talking to Verr Goldet about Aether staying with him in his room from now on. He got scolded for the damage in the other room and apologized for it, but she agreed to let Aether stay with him. Xiao looked around the room than saw that Aether was in the bathroom taking a shower. Xiao stopped dead in his tracks at the doorway, he couldn't help but stare at Aether. His hair was in waves down his back as the water streamed down his body.

Aether had his eyes closed as he let the hot water cover his body. His mind was still deep in thought. He thought about Xiao, which made his blood run down to his lower region. He remembered how Xiao had pinned him the alley way back at the city. His mind was lusting for Xiao's touch and just like that the glass door to the shower slid open. Aether was jolted out of his bubble when he saw Xiao step closer to him, closing the gap between them in a instance.

"X-Xia-..." Before he could speak Xiao had kissed Aether hard and pinned him up against the shower wall.

Aether moan softly, wrapping his arms around Xiao's neck pulling him closer as the the hot water covered the both of them. Steam filling the small shower as their kisses intensified, Aether entangle his fingers in Xiao's now wet hair. Aether didn't protested Xiao's sudden interruption, he welcomed it with opened arms.

Deep down he was accepting the attention, whispering Xiao's name next to his ear. Letting the Adeptus run his fingers all over his body to the point his mind went completely blank and surrendered himself to his lustful intentions. What was supposed to be only a few minutes in the shower turned out to be a full on make out between the two males.

Once they were cleaned, they dried off and got dressed. Xiao used anemo to help dry Aether's hair and braid it before they crawled into bed together. Xiao watched Aether fall fast asleep, he couldn't help but stare at his beautiful face. The light from the full moon shined into the room making the room light up in its glow. Xiao could see Aether's face clearly, as he watched his chest slowly rise and fall as he slept.

'He's so cute when he's asleep...Aether...I want to marry you...' Xiao thought then he was surprised that the word crossed his mind at all.

He never thought in a thousand years he'd been alive; he'd have that word come across his mind let alone actually fall in love. Xiao wrapped his arms around Aether pulling him close, Xiao rested his head on Aether's chest. The sound of his heartbeat sounded like a lullaby, before he knew it Xiao had fallen asleep too.

*Later that night*

"You don't deserve this..." A voice said.

"He's going to leave you..." Another voice spoke.
