My eyes finally drift open, my head Is pounding. I feel a little dizzy, but I look around, not getting up. I'm not with the bandits, instead I'm in a room with royal red walls and a wooden floor. 'A house?' There's a huge fluffy, black, warm blanket covering me, I was about to use my hand to feel the fluff when I feel something shift behind me, tightening it's grip on my waist and pulling me back slightly into their chest. I take a deep breath in and out before carefully shifting around so I could face the stranger. I end up being pulled even closer to into their muscular body, them resting their head on the crown of mine. My face heats up when I see a tuft of spiky pink hair. 'Natsu?!'. My emotions quickly change from embarrassment to worriedness when I look up and see Natsu's face. He has tear stains and a look of sorrow on his face. Why? His breathing started to quicken and his feet shifted and twitched. He's having a nightmare! Shit, I have to wake him up. I place my hand on his shoulder and shake him. "Natsu..."

"Natsu! Help!" I hear her crys for help. Lucy. My head whips around, trying to locate her. I couldn't see or smell her.
"Luce! Where are you?!" I ran in the direction I hear her voice from.
"Natsu! Hurry!" She yells again, I quickly burst through a line of trees just in time for her to be stabbed in the heart.
"Luce...no,no,no,no,no no!" I scramble over to her. Her breathing was getting lower and lower.
"N-natsu?" She croaked, looking up
"L-luce! It's gonna be okay, I promise! We're gonna get you to a doctor, you'll be alright!"
Luce chuckled. "That's what I love about you Natsu, you care so much, but there's no saving me. I'm sorry, I love you. And I always have." She closed her eyes breathing stopped. I reach to check her pulse, but there was nothing. No beat. No nothing. Just silence.
"Sh-shes dead. Because of me." I feel the color drain from my face, the energy fall out of my body. I lay down and hold Lucy, wanting nothing more than to sit here forever and die with her. What was even the point of living, knowing she was dead? There was none, that was the cold empty truth. Rain starts to heavily fall, and for the first time in a long time, I feel cold. I close my eyes, wishing for nothing more than to perish with her. But then a soft, angelic voice calls me. "Natsu. Natsu please wake up. I'm scared." I feel myself fall out of my sleep.

I open my eyes to see Luce with a worried smile. "Hey Natsu, are you okay?"
I immediately wrap her in a fierce hug, being careful as to not touch her injuries, which was hard.
"Huh? Nats-" she looked mildly surprised.
"Please, can I hold you, just for a moment?"
I mumbled into her shoulder.
"Was it another dream?" She started stroking my hair. I nod.
"The yes, you can."
"Thank you luce."
"Your welcome, Natsu."
