BB23 Derek X- Saving him

Y/n POV

I'm in a hidden showmance with Derek X. Derek X is one of the sweetest people in this house.

We decided to keep our showmance on the down low because we don't want to be targeted. Our current HOH, Frenchie, made it clear he hates showmance.

"I have decided to nominate you Alyssa and you Derek X. I had a dream the other night I went fishing and in order to catch a big fish you need to set up a good bait. Alyssa I want you to go out there and win the veto. This nomination ceremony is adjourned." Frenchie says.

I get up and hug Derek X. I hug him tight and whisper into his ear, "we will figure it out. You are not leaving first."

After a while I make sure we are completely alone when I come up to Derek X and cuddle into his chest. He kisses my lips and I blush.

"I hope I get picked for veto. That would insure both of our safety this week." I tell Derek X.

*time skip*

It's time to pick players for the veto comp and it all comes down to Derek X. I haven't been picked yet so I'm hoping I get picked.

Derek X puts his hand in the bag and pulls out a chip.

"(Y/n)" Derek X says.

I run up to the front of the living room and give Derek X a quick hug.

I meet Derek X in the indoor gym and he picks me up and starts spinning me. Once he puts me down he kisses me.

"My girl just got picked for veto. My girl just got picked for veto" Derek X cheers with me.

*time skip*

It's time for the veto and we have to make our ball hits all of the blocks and make it into the hole at the bottom.

After a lot of trial and error it's between me and Alyssa.

I feel confident my ball will make it all the way down so I go for it.

Then I here a bell ringing meaning I won.

"Congratulations (y/n) you have won the golden power of veto." Whitney says as she puts the veto around my neck.

I once again meet Derek X in the storage room. We start jumping up and down and I give Derek X a kiss.

"We are fucking safe. That's what you get for putting my showmance on the block. Suck it Frenchie." I whisper yell.

"Thanks for saving me baby girl." Derek X says as he hugs me.

*time skip*

"I have decided..."

"To use the power of veto..."

"On Derek X." I say as I put the veto around his neck.

"Farming isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Travis take a seat buddy." Frenchie says.

"This veto meeting is adjourned." I say.

*time skip*

Everyone is asleep and I'm in the bathroom flirting with Derek X.

"Thank you for keeping me safe (y/n)" Derek X says and I give him a quick peak on the lips.

"Hey, Derek. I just want you to know that I love you" I whisper afraid of him not loving me back.

"I love you too (y/n)" Derek pulls me closer to him.
