Derek X's POV

I just won HOH and I am so excited because I'm going to get a letter from my wife and get an update on how she is doing with the pregnancy. I hate that I had to leave her but I know there's a possibility I could win this money and it would help with our child's future.

Everyone gathers in my HOH room and listens to my letter.

"Dear Derek,

Congrats on winning HOH. I am so beyond proud of you. Somethings have changed since the last time you heard from me.

There were some complications during my pregnancy and they ended up inducing me at 4 months.

I gave birth to a baby girl who weighs 3 pounds 6 ounces. She is currently in the NICU and probably won't be out for a while. She is definitely a fighter just like her daddy.

Oh also. Our baby girl doesn't have a name yet since we thought we would have time after you got out of the house to figure it out. So she probably won't have a name until she meets you.

We love and miss you so much. I'll update you on how our baby girl does.

This was so unexpected. I thought I would be there for when (y/n) gives birth. At least she is okay and so is the baby.

Finale night can't come any sooner. I want to meet my daughter so badly and I will continue to fight in this house for her.
