Zera POV

🌸✨1 year later🌸✨

The company has been more successful then I originally thought. Hongjoong produced music along side three other producers, LEEZ, MADDOX and EDEN. Mingi also helped with producing but he preferred teaching rap. Because I didn't want to limit the things they did I let them choose what areas they wanted to work in.

Seonghwa trained the trainees in dance, rap, and vocals. Hongjoong and Mingi trained the trainees in rap and dance. Yunho, Yeosang, San, Wooyoung, and Jongho trained the trainees in dance and vocals. Sometimes they would switch their jobs just to have a new experience. They each had assigned groups of trainees.

I often helped train the trainees but not often as I had to make sure everybody working in my building was doing their job accurately. Currently I had four groups, two solo artist, and a handful of actors under my company. ATEEZ being one of the groups. EDEN and MADDOX being the solo artist.

I was curious about music producing so I asked Hongjoong to show me how. Because I now knew how to produce I produced some of the songs that the groups under my company released. Mingi was also a big help in teaching me how to produce. I just finished with monthly evaluations and I now have a few trainees in mind that I think are more than ready to debut.

Being the CEO was of course challenging at times but I always managed to get back on track. I think the hardest part about being a CEO was family members popping out of the woodworks like roaches asking for money.

The lady who popped me out was at the front of this fiasco. She always had the excuse of someone in the family needing help with something but I wasn't gullible nor was I naive so I never payed attention to what she had to say.

She was just being a thorn in my side. But the worst part was that my sperm donor came to ask for money along with her. I wasn't fully over the trauma he had caused me so I became a nervous wreck when he was around and it made me so fucking mad.

I shouldn't be plagued by him. What I couldn't understand was how he could touch a child that he helped make or any child for that matter. Of course what he did made me feel like I wasn't important and scared because someone that was supposed to love and protect me made life hell. Made me scared of everything and everybody for a majority of my life.

We had just gotten home and I saw my "mom" and "dad" waiting in the driveway. "What the fuck do they want now?" I grumbled under my breath. I parked my car and then got out. I headed straight for front door with ATEEZ trailing behind me.

I was not about to give them the time of day again. It was late and I was fucking tired. This was the first time in a long time I could get Hongjoong out of his studio and convince him to sleep at home instead. "Zera! We need to talk!" I heard Jazmyne shout. I hurried everyone into the house before I tried to close the door.

A big boot stopped the door from closing. I looked up to see my "dad". I tired even harder to close the door and push him out. With one hard push from Minho I fell to the ground from the impact. Jazmyne and Minho just made their way in.

"Yah! What the fuck do you think you're doing?" Hongjoong shouted while helping me up. I clasped Hongjoong's hand in mine as I felt a little scared being around Minho. I looked over to see Yunho tensed so I reached for his hand and gave him a reassuring squeeze. "Watch how you talk to me! Have you not been taught to respect those older than you?!" Minho yelled. "You have no room to talk about respect!" I shouted back starting to get angry.
