On the School Roof Pt.2

Kirito's POV. :

"DON'T YOU DARE!" Asuna screeched after she slapped me. I could only hold my face in shock and pain. I had no words. "DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH ME. CARESS ME. AS IF YOU LOVED ME!" she finished.

"Asuna, of course, I love you. What are you talking about?"

"People in love don't cheat, or lie, or keep secrets! They would never leave their girlfriend wondering if they meant something to them!". I paused in my mind... CHEAT?

My heart began a panic. I'm guessing Asuna either knows about Alice or is speculating something else.

"W-What are you talking about?" I stuttered like an idiot, I sound suspicious.

"DO NOT play dumb with me, Kirigaya. I know that you kissed Alice!" I whipped my head to Alice. Like usual, her face was blank and serious.

"Did you tell her this?" I directed to Alice.

"No, we swore to keep it between us. I kept my word". DAMN IT ALICE.

"OHHH. So you DID try to keep it a secret from me you lying, cheating BASTARD!!" Asuna seethed. Everyone flinched at the growl in her voice. I've never seen Asuna more furious in my life. I hoped I never saw it. But right now I was guilty, I deserved for her to hit me a million times. I would let her if it meant this situation could disappear.

"Asuna, please it wasn't like that!"

"Why don't I believe you? There's been so much I've been keeping in and forgiving you for, there should be no reason for me to believe you."

"Forgive me for? I haven't done anything until now?"

"Are you kidding me? You've got to be fucking JOKING right now."

In between me and Asuna's exchange, Sugu comes off the elevator.

"What's going-"

"Shhhhhhh!" Liz hushes her and pulls her to the back. Everyone was in a corner watching my life fall apart.

"Hmmmm, let's start from the beginning shall we?"

"Enlighten me," I said, I haven't done anything before this, at least I think.

"When we first began our team, I had met Klein. You didn't even want me shaking his hand. Afterward, you met Liz, went on a secret adventure, just for her to later spill that you held hands a whole night. After she thought I had feelings for you, you searched the city for her to console her and promise you'd clear the game for her, which was emotionally manipulative seeing as she had already stepped aside for me. Mind you, I couldn't touch Klein or his friends.

After ALO, you went on a secret mission with Sinon. I had to hear it from Sugu. Never mentioned Sinon to me, never mentioned me to her. You violated her privacy and my respect by watching her strip under the pretenses that you were a girl. Several times in the game, Sinon confided that you two had a closer relationship. There were times when you held her close, initiating the attraction between you two. I'm not going to hold you to saving her and everyone thinking you're her boyfriend at her school... but when you introduced her in real life, you called me your friend. You introduced me as a friend because you didn't want her to know I was your girlfriend. You didn't want me in the game helping you, despite you needing the help, because you knew I would see the moments happening between you two. You thought I'd be in your way. You shut me out intentionally while I cried holding your hand in your hospital room having no idea what was going on. I wasn't even a thought in your mind. And you had the audacity to be touchy and close with Sinon after she told you to keep her in your heart because she grabbed your sword. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!
