Asuna's POV:

"Sugu do I look okay?" I frantically fixed the front strands of my hair.

"Relaxxxx. You're the prettiest bride I've ever seen!"

"You're not just saying that?"

"Maid of Honor's honor" Sugu smiled with her hand on her chest in solidarity.

'How many people are here?' I wondered. I peeked through the cathedral doors. Swarms of people flooded place. Not only those of family, but friends and people we'd saved in SAO.

Not to mention, it was a big deal that the legendary Black Swordsman was getting married to the legendary Lightning Flash.

Peeking down the isle, I saw a very handsome Kazuto. He was laughing along with Agil who agreed to be ordained and marry us.

My heart raced with happiness, and nervousness.

"Don't psyche yourself out, Asuna. You'll be fine. We'll be sisters and you'll live a fairytale with my brother. Everything is gonna go great today!". Sugu placed her hands on my uncovered shoulders.

She was right. It's too late to get cold feet.

"Ok. Ok. I'm ready" I took a deep chest rising breath and pulled my veil over my face.

Sugu cued the pianist. And the beginning of the Wedding March played. Everyone stood.

Yui walked down the isle first. She was our flower girl and our ring bearer. She threw pretty pink, white, and red petals up into the air. She had a pretty Sakura dress on that frilled at the bottom. The huge grin on her face was a hint that she was excited to be able to see this wedding in person. Thank you again for that, Kirito.

Sugu walked through the doors after, she latched onto Klein's arm. When they made it to the end, Klein gave Kazuto a playful shove. He blushed and Sugu laughed. It made my heart swell to see them be able to be happy today.

I knew that apart of Kazuto would be sad knowing his best friend Eugeo couldn't physically be here to see the ceremony. I knew this as I felt the same about Yukki. They're here in spirit for sure, that gave me the hope that everything was going to turn out great on our day.

My father stepped to the isle and held out his elbow. From the wings, I make my way also to the isle and hold on to the guiding arm.

"My precious daughter. You look absolutely radiant!" Tears pricked the corner of my father's eyes.

"Don't cry, Dad!". We share quiet giggles and slowly stride our way to Agil and Kirito. My father sat down while I handed my bouquet to Sugu.

I reached for Kazuto's hands. The man looked like he was holding back tears himself.

"Asuna..." was all he could get out.

I mouthed the words "I love you" to him which brought back the smile on his face.

Agil's booming voice commenced the ceremony.

"You may be seated". The chapel of people sat and squirmed before stilling to comfort.

"Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate the love between Kazuto Kirigaya and Asuna Yuuki. I would like to say, that I've never seen such a force. A couple which I've witnessed take on impossible odds and win because their desire to protect one another is stronger than any opposition. A couple in complete synchronicity. A couple whose love has defeated the Grim Reaper. I am here to join these two... but know that my hand is only in legality, for these two are already as one."

I looked to Agil to give him a smile as thanks. It was probably the nicest thing he's said to Kazuto in a long time. A faint blush rose once more on Kazuto's face.
