I smiled in appreciation, reloading the gun and cocking it back.
I gave Oscar a quick look and he wouldn't even look at me. I took a deep breath emptying my head and steadying my nerves. I heard a roar of a familiar 1967 mustang. I look out from my spot to see Mateo, Tony, and Donny. A huge smile broke out into my face.
They all held an AK47. All the guys in green had their hands up and their weapon's laid at their feet. I walked up behind them all, I tapped one on the shoulder and he looked at me. My gaze hardened when he looked me in my eyes. He looked down immediately. I tapped my foot against the side of his and he moved. Mateo held a smirk of mischief. Don held a stone cold face with no emotion. While Tony just held the biggest smile.
Walking to the car looking into the front seat was my signature knife and a clean AR-15. I grabbed both remembering the addicting feeling of the metal. I walked up to stand beside Mateo. He took a step behind me showing everyone who was more significant.
I shot one of them in the knee. He stood in the middle a little bit infront of them so he was the leader. He immediately fell landing on his other knee while he held the other keeping anymore blood from staining his clothes. My eyes were cold and hard, my face held a slight smirk and clothes were dirty from rolling on the ground.
Taking a step to the leader I bent down my lips next to his ear and my eyes on 'The Santos' staring at us. "If you want to mess with 'The Santos', you have to walk through me. And I'll tell you now,... that's going to be a trip through hell. So good luck, mi amigo." My voice is low so no one else can hear. I put my hand under his chin as I stood making him look at me.
"Understood?" His face held anger and pain. He gave a slight nod so I dropped my hand and his head fell with it. I looked at the rest of them and they all looked down. My smirk only grew at their obedience. I turned around looking at my family. I motioned for them to stand guard.
"Leave!" I heard groaning and moving behind me as I made my way to the passenger side of the car. Once everyone was gone the boys got into the car. I looked around and Tony sat in the driver seat of this monster of a car. Donny behind him and Mateo behind me.
A smile broke out on my face from them all trying to stay serious. "Amigos!!" They broke into laughter as I yelled at the top of my lungs. "What took you so long I had to kill like 10 of them!?" My voice held anger, my face gave away my happinesses finally seeing them.
"Chica, I had to pick these bitches up. Blame them." Tony always was the one to blame anyone but him. I laughed at him. There was a knock on Tony's window. I nodded and he opened it. Oscar bent down and became eye level with us.
"Thank you. I don't know what the hell you just said or how you did all the shit, but thank you." I smiled nodding my head. "Oscar, you don't need to thank me. Just next time, have some more bullets in your gun." I handed him Sad Eye's gun back and he just shook his head with a small smile. "I'll make sure." His voice held amusement, but his eyes showed he was in deep thought. He tapped the door then stood and walked away. I watched until he was on the porch. I looked to Tony and he rolled the window up.
"Drive." My voice was soft but assertive. He drove off to my aunt's house. The whole ride was them asking me about what happened. When we got there I got out and went to the front door. Tony and Donny each carried in some of their luggage. I showed them where to put their stuff. When things calmed I made some food while the guys turned on a movie.
Don walked into the kitchen and stood beside me. He didn't say anything for a minute. Don has issues with his thoughts. He always needs a little time to run through them so I've learned to let him talk first. "Why'd you run 'Shorty'? You knew we needed you and you left. The gang went into a frenzy when they couldn't find you. They thought to give you a day or two to come back since you lost him but, when you didn't shit went down. They went to me first since I was your dad's second hand man. They wouldn't let me think." He was breathing heavily. He was close to a panic attack. I grabbed a stool, sitting him down and getting him some water.
We sat for around five minutes until his breathing steadied and he finished the water. I platted all the food, handing him two plates and grabbing two myself. We walked into the living room and handed one plate to each of them.
I wasn't ignoring Donny and he knew but I wanted to have this conversation with all of them at once no matter how painful it will be or how mad they'll be at me. It needed to be together then I would go to each of them alone and help them to get back to being healthy.
So we sat eating this meal I made, watching 'The Arrow' on netflix. I would talk to them tomorrow and if they stayed I would buy the house I found and get them all a job and the right schooling.
But first they need to stay with me; with each other, Together.
Authors note
So the gangs all together. And a lot of dialogue is to be written. Adios.
