It was Syd's birthday and I was so excited! I wanted to make sure everything to be perfect for her! I had been planning this for her since last month! Sydney was still asleep so I snuck out of bed early at about 8:00, she wouldn't be getting up until about 10 at the bare minimum. I went out and I bought some rose pedals and some flowers. I made a trail of them all the way down to the kitchen, where I was also in the middle of cooking an amazing breakfast for her! Waffles, eggs, toast, fruit and of course Syd's favorite bacon! I put the red roses I bought her in a vase on the counter along with a bday card that read:
Syd your amazing and so gorgeous! I love you sooo much! I'm so happy that I fell in love with you when I did. I'm blessed to call you mine. You mean everything and more to me. And I know for a fact that I'm gonna love this baby even more too! You're the most perfect girl out there, I love every single thing about you, I hope you love the day I have planned baby! I also got her a diamond heart necklace that's was super gorgoeus, she deserved it, But that wasn't the main surprise... I heard foot steps coming down the stairs as I was setting the table. I see Syd peak around the corner "Awwwwwe! Did u do all this for me babe!?" She says covering her mouth in surprise
I smirk and shake my head.
"No I'm waiting for Tristan to come over." I laugh and so does she.
"Aw man." She says jokingly.
"Yes babe this is all for you!! But you woke up too early im not done cooking, why are you up so early anyway! " I laugh and pout.
"You're so cute!! I smelt food so my prenatal senses kicked in!! I love you Bradley!"she laughs kissing me
"I love you too babe! I'm glad you like everything! But this is just the beginning I have the entire day and night planned for us!" I told her
"Really?" She asks
I nod and motion to the counter where everything was.
"Now for your present!" I gave her the rectangular shaped gray box her eyes widened as she smiled. She opened it "Oh my god!! Brad no!! It's beautiful!!" She beams. As she goes on about it, I gently take the necklace out of her hand and put it on her around her neck. I tell her
"But wait there's more!" I say mocking infomercials, causing her to laugh.
I run in the living room and grab a small red sparkling gift bag and hand it to her
"open it!" I tell her, sounding a little to excited!!
She opens it and it's a onesie that reads
"My daddy's a rock star"
She smiles wide "Awe this is adorable our baby will definitely be wearing this! Now what I wanna know is how the hell I got so damn lucky to be with you?" She says to me I look at her smiling, I grab her waist picking her up
"I don't know you tell me" and I kiss her. Then I set her down.
"Let's eat!" I say showing her to the table
"this is amazing Brad!! Why don't you cook for me more often!And u made bacon haha your the best!"
We both laugh after we are done eating we both clean the kitchen up some and go up stairs.
"I have more planned for us so get dressed!"
"Where are we going?" She asked "you'll see" I wink at her.
I planned a couples massage for us! She throws on a long sleeve and a sweater, leggings and boots and puts her hair in a pony tail. She looks perfect. I threw on a nice t-shirt and jeans with a leather jacket, but that's nothing new!
"Also,Pack a bag for a night" I tell her. "What why" she asks raising her eyebrows at me.
"Because we are going some where!" I smirk and look at her as she laughs
"Okay then" she smiles and she packs a bag.
"Alright let's get going baby" I say walking down the stairs. I drove us to the couples massage I could tell she got excited when I pulled in the parking spot.
"Brad! Your so cliche!! Couples massage!" She laughs "but I'm not complaining!!" She adds. I was so happy she was loving everything! The couples massage was so relaxing we both loved it we both got dressed and I paid, then we drove to have dinner but I had a picnic planned for us in this gorgeous field, with huge trees.
Any girl would die to have her significant other take them there. There was a blanket laid on the ground with a picnic basket and flowers in the middle I pull up and park
I look over and her mouths open wide.
"Bradley!!" She says staring at me
Then back at the scene "this is beautiful!!"
"I'm so happy you like this" I smile
We eat dinner and watch the sun set while laughing and talking then about the most random things and just about life it was so great. This is why we were perfect for each other, it wasn't all about kissing or sex, it was just us! She is my best friend.
"We should probably get going it's getting dark... And I have one more big surprise for you!" I tell her
"There's more??" She asks in shock.
"Yes!!! One more I promise!" I laugh.
"Brad you spoil me so much!" She laughs and kisses me.
"Anything for my princess! But I have to blind fold you on the way there ok?" I tell her
"what why Brad I'm nervous are you gonna kill me? Are you an axe murderer." she says laughing
"Shut up babe! you trust me don't you?"
"Yes of course" she says.
I put the blind fold around her head. We get in the car and I drive her to this beautiful apartment. I help her out of the car with the blind fold still on and up the stairs. I open the door to the apartment and I had candles and rose petals everywhere and soft romantic music playing and the lights dimmed. I take the blind fold off her eyes immediey open.
"ok op." I get cut off.
"AWE. Bradley! This is so sweet!!" She says smiling wide.
I look at her smiling.
"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" She looks at me confused
"Baby... It's ours!" I hold up keys to the apartment and smile big
"Will you move in with me?" I ask hopeful.
She looks at me and I have never her seen her smile so big, besides the day at the doctors office. She jumps in my arms yelling yes over and over again. She grabs my head and kisses me. I laugh into it, but kiss back and kick the door shut. I love her so much. We are going to be a great family.
