Cookies

The next day Brad asked Joe for a day off so he could spend a day with me and we could have time to ourselves.
We spent the morning watching tv cuddled on the couch.
"Syd you know you're gonna be such a good mom!" Brad says randomly.
"Awe baby.. I think your gonna make an amazing dad... Your so sensitive and attentive... Best daddy in the whole world." I laugh and he smiles
"You think?" He asks. I smile and nod..
"I know babe!" I smile big and my stomach starts to growl. I groan and Brad laughs.
"What's wrong?" He asks raising an eyebrow. I smirk and bat my eyes.
"Babbeeee... You what I'm craving right now?" I ask tugging at his hands.
He rolls his eyes playfully.
"What's that?" He asks looking at me.
I smile "cookies.... And you make the best chocolate chip cookies ever.." I smile wide.
He laughs "I'll make you cookies if you give me a kiss" he says.
I smile and jump up giving him multiple kisses. He laughs and sits up and pulls my hand.
"Come on!" He says walking to the kitchen.
I follow him and sit on the barstool watching him.
"Babe can I sit and watch you?" I ask playing on his phone.
"I don't care" he laughs pulling out ingredients for the cookies. Such a good boyfriend!
He starts to mix the batter. I smirk at him. He starts laughing
"What the hell is that face for?" He asks.
I smile
"Look at those manly hands mixing that dough!" I say seriously causing him to chuckle.
"Man i wish I was that dough right now!" I joke again laughing.
"Your so sexual!" He laughs.
I nod "that's why you love me!!" I yell.
He shakes his head laughing and puts the dough on a pan and sticks it into the oven. I smile
"Baby your the best!!" I smile and clap my hands. He nods
"I know I am!" He says putting his hands up. I laugh and walk over and kiss him.
We just stand in each other's arms in a comfortable silence, then I speak up
"Babe how much longer??" I ask into his chest.
He laughs "Sydney we literally just put them in.."
I groan and laugh
"But I'm hungry!!!!" I moan and sit back down.
He rolls his eyes and sits by me. I grab his phone from his hands and slide up clicking on the camera app. I snap tons of photos of us being the dorks we are.
About 10 minutes later the oven beeps.
My head shoots up
"BRAD! Cookies are done! Get off your ass and go get them.!" I say pushing him out of his seat!
He looks at me "Girl!! You need to chill" he laughs and walks over to the oven pulling them out, then placing them on a plate. He puts them infront of me.
"There princess!" He smiles and kisses my cheek. I smile at him and take a bite. My eyes roll to the back of my head.
"Jesus Bradley, these are amazing..... They are like better than your sex!!!" I say laughing.
He smirks "so they must be pretty damn good!"
I throw my head back laughing. These were the moments I cherished with him.
