i woke up frightening, my head is spinning, my throat is sore, my eyes are tired but they are wide open, i smell the sea on me , i gulped trying to calm down. my hands were grabbing a soft fabric beneath me, i looked down , it was a small sized bed , i dragged my eyes up to see a small room in grey paint, there was small bookshelves hanging on the wall with a couple of books , the only light was coming from the window, i hear so many people chatting outside , i looked around to see another bed in the opposite side of the room , it smells like the cold scent of the sea...like me ,the covers were ruffled and at the far end of the bed was a boy with a black hoodie, dark black hair, blue mesmerizing eyes staring right at me all this time, yup he is THE boy, but for some reason i was too tired to make a reaction so i stared blankly back at him, he chuckled " good morning sunshine " and that was the smoothest voice I've ever heard in my whole lifetime,i blinked then i looked back down sighing, my hands were trembling, my mind is blank , i closed my eyes trying to regain my energy to reply or at least remember what happened, i saw glimpses of me drowning, my heart skipped beats, the sound of the waves so loud in my ears, everythings is ringing in my empty head, a hot tear slipped on my cheek, its warmness made me realize how cold my body is
" what happened ? did you save me ? " i mumbled more to myself, i opened my eyes and stared blankly at the wall before me . he looked at me tilting his head to the side, some of his hair locks fell on his eyes ,i saw him from the corner of my eye, he reminded me of luna... luna !
he fixed his head again and plopped down laying on the bed "well if linking your life to mine after your death considered as saving your life then yes " he replied looking at the ceiling, i looked slowly at him, his breath was calm , is this a joke ?
" excuse me ? " i said and he sighed " anna, you are tired, there is no need to rush, all you need to know now is that you are in the uni, this is your new room, so get a rest " he was still looking at the ceiling, how could he be so casual about it ? how did he even knew my name !
" the uni ? " i saw his eyes darting down to the door but he didn't talk, i looked down again, what about my family ? how did i get here ?...my head ringed hurting me , i guess i'm too tired to think, my head feels so heavy, i lay down on my side bringing my knees close to my chest and my eyes started to close slowly, i saw him looking at me right before my eyes closed down completely and i slept in a deep slumber ...
i woke up with the sound of my phone ringing , i grabbed my phone answering lazily " hello "
" how was your first daaaaaay ? " my eyes are wide open now, that's luna , i looked at the window, it's dark outside, damn it ! what am i supposed to say ?
i sat down on the bed trying to find the words " i-it was great, hella great " i faked a chuckle
" really ? tell me about it come on...mom wait... " my mother took the phone from her " sorry darling, i know you're tired, we were just checking up on you " her warm voice filled my ears soothing me, i sighed " i'm okay mom" that's all i could say
" great then, you sound tired honey so i'll call you back later to know the updates , we are pretty thrilled in here " she said and i heard my sister whining at her, i giggled " okay mom, thank you " i closed the phone but a small smile stayed on my face
" well the rice myth did really work " he said out of the blue freaking the hell out of me , he stood laying on the door frame pointing to my phone, he was eating a red apple, he seemed so hungry
i looked at him then rolled my eyes " okay dude, now you need to tell me what the hell is going on " i said glaring at him
" oh feisty" he chuckled then he continued " okay then story time it is " he smirked at me
