Ch. 10 "Fight"

                                                   High Commander Rogers POV 

After yesterday After Tony gave us the all clear that Cameron was stable, we placed her in a room, close to mine, 

Only unlocks with my Hand print, Bucky's or Tony's, we will get the rest of them used to her being around after we get her adjusted, 

She is a fighter that's for sure, She fought tooth and nail through the pain, that it was starting to overwhelm her, 

We had to take charge of the situation, command her, in which she eventually listened I guess that's what we are going to have to do, I thought, 

We each had a tablet that Tony gave us, which put us in charge of that Nano's inside of her system, 

They can do many things, cause her pain in multiple levels, cause her body to stop moving  immediately, or make her sleep, the list goes on and on,

Which is what is happening right now, 

She is sleeping on her back, her right cheek pressed against the pillow under her head, 

I kneeled in front of her and stroked her cheek with my knuckles, 

"I'm sorry little one, I'm going to do everything to keep you safe, one day you'll understand," I whispered 

I stood up and kissing her forehead and walked out of the room, I walked to my room in the main room where Tony was typing on a computer and a few screens were in front of him, Bucky had his arms crossed and watched Tony worked, 

"Is it working?" I asked 

"Yeah, all cameras are up, I've got her vitals on this screen just incase, everything is working good," Tony said 

"Good," I said sternly, 

He spun around in the chair, 

"You do know this isn't going to be easy," He said 

I nodded, 

"I mean look how the kid fought the nano's, which might I add were causing her to go into shock," Tony said 

"I know, what were up against, but together we can do this, she will learn," I said 

Both Bucky and Tony nodded, 

"So what's next?" Bucky asked, 

I looked at the screen, They did also seeing her still fast asleep, 

"We wait for her to wake, then we begin," I said 

They both nodded, 

                                            Cameron POV 

Everything hurt, I felt weak, I tried wiggling my toes first, and it took  a while, but eventually I was able to move my body, 

My eyelids slowly flutter open, 

The baby blue curtains blew in the breeze, the walls were a pale grey, the furniture was almost barn looking furniture, 

I knew this was only the beginning of the fight, I may have gave into the pain, but I'm not giving up, 

One thing my dad taught me was never give up hope, no matter how bad the situation is, 

And that's exactly what I'm going to do, I thought 

The problem was I lacked the strength to even sit up, 

I felt as If I was in a drug induced state, I could barely move my head, 

Suddenly I hear a beep and the clicking of a door, meaning they have this room under lockdown, 

I blinked slowly, 

I hear the footsteps, and Da- I mean Steve is kneeling in front of me, 

"Your awake," He said brushing some of my hair away from my eyes, 

I wanted to move away, but I couldn't I lacked any kind of strength, 

"What did you... do to... me?" I said weakly, 

"It's that Nano's taking effect, and you are going to remain this way until you can take commands," Steve said sternly, 

"You can't do.. this," I said 

Steve gripped my chin making me look into his eyes, 

"I can and will, you may not understand right now, but this is for your own good," Steve said 

"No.. it's not," I said glaring at him, 

He smirked, 

"I will admit I do admire your strong will, but were going to have to work on that," Steve said 

"Good luck with that," I said 

The door opened again, 

"Then let's begin," Tony said walking in, 

I glared at the two of them, not liking one bit where this was going, I don't know what happened to their Cameron, but I'm not her, and I don't intend to be either, so I'm going to fight, until I can't fight no more, I thought 

For my dad and family, I'm not giving up,
