King/Queen - Your Majesty
Grand Duke/Grand Duchess - Your Grace
Prince/Princess - Your Highness
Duke/Duchess - Your Grace
Marquess/Marchioness - Lord/Lady (til baron)

As for the case of the Grand Duke, he is a person who leads an independent country away from the other nobles who are being ruled by the Imperial family. He is still addressed as "Your Grace". In terms of ranking, he stands above everyone else except the king.
As for a knighted person, you may address them as "Sir (First name)" or "Dame (First name)" if female.

Different sides consisting an empire:
The Imperial Family - This is composed of the King, Queen, Prince/Princess that are said to be the rulers of the empire. They also possess mana in their body, enough to use specific magics and spells with legal consent from the magic tower.
The Aristocrats- They are the nobles who are USUALLY against the imperial family. Not all nobles are part of the aristocracy. They hold different titles, but sometimes a member of an imperial family can side with the aristocrats.
The Magic Tower - It is composed of magicians, and also a place for storing mana, relics, and magical scrolls. The magical tower is neutral and any conflict outside the tower would not concern them.
The Temple - It is composed by the Priests that possess holy mana in their body. They usually take on their roles as modern doctors, but can only heal your sickness through their prayers to Zephyr, their God. Other than that, they can also bind a marriage and do roles like any normal priest does.
> Commoners doesn't have a surname.
> Cousins can marry each other. (It rarely happens, but it is sometimes done to preserve their titles)
A commoner has a chance to be a noble only if: - It gets adopted by a noble. - managed to gain themselves a certificate of nobility, which they could only afford if they have enough money to establish a country of their own.
Engio means English, while Targry means Tagalog. (They are only fictional terms that I used to substitute the names of those languages in the story)
