Five pov
I made my way to southland life. I made my way inside as I walked to the elevator, as I mentally prepare myself to talk to dad. When I pressed the button to close the door, a familiar pair of hands reached out before the doors could close.

Alex: your not think you're doing this by yourself are you?

Five: Alex? But what about the contract with my dad.

Alex: well that's my business and no one else. And besides

As Alex looked in front at the doors.

Alex: it's nice to meet my father in law don't you think?

I looked at him as he had a smirk on his face as he reached down to hold my left hand. I blushed before pressing the button again but before I do, the rest of my— our family walked in with us.

Five: good, we're all here.

I smiled as the doors closed. As we slowly made our way up, I could feel Alex looking around as if he had never been in an elevator. I tugged his hand as he looked at me. I started to whisper to him.

Five: never been in an elevator before?

I knew he had been to one because of the 2019 Apocalypse but he was mad at that time.

Alex: So that's what it's called... No, well not like these, from what I could remember we had "elevators" but the walls and the floor were invisible so you can practically see your death... I like this version though... I use to get scared of these when I was a kid.

Five: well you have me, don't you?

Alex: Yeah, I do.

We were having a moment when we got a wif of a disgusting smell. Allison was the first to notice. We all covered our noise, and magically pulled a gas mask and put it on. He made another and try giving it to me but I refuse because I didn't want to look stupid even though he looks hella cute.

Klaus: Luther...

Luther: sorry, I'm nervous.

Once we made it to the floor I took Alex's hand and walked out the four while everyone was doing the same.

As I pulled my hand away I started to fix my suit.

Five: all right, when dad gets here, I'll do the talking okay?

Diego: I got a few questions for him myself.

Five: hey, we don't wanna scare him off alright, he might be able to help us stop doomsday, get us home.

Diego: no, we need to figure out why he's planning to kill the president.

Alex: because j.f Kennedy needs to be killed because that how history books were written for you idiot.

Five: this is a matter of life and death you imbecile.

Vanya: okay, yeah. Maybe we should take turns talking. Yeah? Here, whoever has got this conch shell gets to talk.

Alex: what are we in kindergarten? I'm not a pubescent child. What are we five? ... Not you five the age number.

Five: I know dear, and Vanya, we don't have time for a debate, okay?

Allison: maybe I should lead. We all know I'm a better public speaker than the rest.

Alex: says the woman who started the riot even though it was meant to happen by someone else you moran. And besides, with your powers, everything you did in your past and even now, go's to shit.

Diego: okay, daddies girl.

Allison: oh jealous, number two?
