Chapter Three

(Your P.O.V)

Somehow Dom decided it was a good idea to bring me and Mia to Race Wars, I'd rather be studying for my exams that are in the next week. I drove in with Brian since according to Dom, it was too cramped in his car which was bullshit since he had no one in there with him. "You okay?" Brian asked me and I looked at him and nodded. "I don't want to be here, I'd rather be at home studying in front of a fan, not in the middle of the god damn desert surrounded by the smell of burnt rubber and assholes." I told him and he sighed. "I know but Dom told me to bring you, he said you and Mia will be in a mobile trailer the whole time." He said and I looked at him and sighed. He then hands me a envelope and I looked at him confused. "Open that later when you're alone." He said and I quirked an eyebrow at him but he didn't say anything else so I left it be. 

When he stopped the car I got out and went into the trailer where Mia was, she was just sitting there. I shook my head and fixed my outfit, I wore a white tank top with a leather jacket covering my upper torso, and a bright blue skirt with black compression shorts underneath. I looked outside and I saw people having fun and I was stuck here bored out of my mind. The letter Brian gave me was stuffed in my jacket pocket and I closed my eyes and fell asleep. 

(Brian P.O.V)

It was night and I was looking for Mia and I entered the trailer and saw Anna sleeping, she's been asleep the whole time. "Anna, c'mon wake up." I coaxed her and she opened her eyes and was confused. "What's going on?" She asked me and I looked at her brown eyes but then we both heard Mia's voice and so we both got up and looked out the window and saw Mia and Dom arguing, Mia was begging Dom to not go and I knew what she meant. "What's happening?" Anna asked me and I looked at her. "Dom's about to pull something extremely dangerous Anna, something that might get him killed." I told her and she looked a bit worried but kept an other wise calm expression, being raised by cops all your life would do that to ya. "C'mon." I said and we both left the trailer to catch up with Mia who looked like she was about to cry. 

"Mia, what's going on?" I asked her but she played dumb, trying to protect Dom and her family. "You know what I'm talking about." I told her but yet again she played dumb because she didn't want to out her brother. "So what, you always have tears in your eyes when Dom drives away?" I questioned her and she was getting annoyed real quick. So after a bit more bickering I told Mia and Anna who was listening the truth about me being a cop. Mia called me bastard which wasn't a surprised and Anna didn't seem too shocked but I didn't have time for this. I told her that if we don't stop Dom then every law enforcement agency would be after her brother for this, and it could affect not only the team but also Anna. Mia seemed to get that he needed to be stopped and so she reluctantly got into the car and Anna was in the back. 

(Your P.O.V)

I was shocked that Brian was a cop, but Mia took it the worse. I could tell that the two loved each other but Mia couldn't help but feel betrayed and used by Brian to get to Dom. Me, I don't feel that at all, I understand why he did this. Dad used to do the same thing when he would go undercover for a short time. When Brian said that they were stealing those DVD players from truckers, I was very scared for them, I kept an eye on the news whenever it was on at school so I knew what was going on. They were able to trace Dom's number and we were then on the right path to find them. Silently I prayed that they would be okay. 

Time skip to after the truck drives away

I helped Brian and Mia keep pressure on Vince's wound. The wire cut him badly and it was most likely going to be infected soon, not to mention his bullet wound as well. Brian was able to get a med-evac to take him to the nearest hospital and completely ruining his cover in front of Dom who was pissed. He ended up dragging me and Mia into his car, and we drove off. "You okay?" Mia asked Dom and he nodded and he looked at me but I hid my face away from Dom, I couldn't look at him right now. My hands were shaking from the adrenaline and I didn't like it at all, seeing Vince covered in his own blood and then going into shock scared the living shit out of me. 

We ditched the Civic and headed home where immediately I ran out of the car and went to my and Mia's room and got some spare clothes. "Anna?" Mia called out and I looked at her and I could tell I was about to break. "I'm taking a shower, I'll be out soon." I told her and went into the bathroom and I scrubbed my skin 'til it turned a bright red, I needed to get the dirt and blood off of me. Once I felt clean I got out and changed into a light shirt and shorts. I could hear Dom and Brian arguing outside so I walked out there not even caring anymore about what Dom says. "Knock it off!" I yelled and both turned to look at me, Brian looked at me with a worried look while Dom was just pissed off. "Anna, get in the house now!" Dom ordered but I glared at him. "No Dom, I'm not." I told him and before he could retort, Jesse pulled up and once he got out of the Jetta I ran over to him and hugged him and quickly moving him away from the Jetta. Something felt off and I needed to protect Jesse and then I heard the sound of motorcycle's coming our way. "Jesse down!" I told him and then Jonny Tran and his buddy began shooting the area, I didn't get down in time and I got shot in the shoulder. "AH!" I groaned and Dom came over and looked at Jesse before seeing me start bleeding on the sidewalk. Mia rushed over and looked at me and she was trying to put pressure on the wound. "I'm sorry Anna." Jesse said and I looked at him and smiled while trying to ignore the pain. "Jesse, don't worry I'll be fine." I told him and he was panicking. 

Dom and Brian drove off and not even realizing it, it was the last time I ever saw the two of them. An ambulance came and they looked at my shoulder and said that the bullet went through and they patched it up for me. Jesse kept apologizing to me and freaking out about what his Dad would do to him since the Jetta was covered in bullet holes. Eventually Mia and I got him calm and he was sleeping on the couch, Mia and I were in our room and I knew she couldn't understand what was going on anymore. I went to my jacket and saw the letter Brian gave me, I opened it and read it and I smiled. 

Don't forget that there are people who care about you. You'll find the one person who will always care about you, no matter what you do. By the time you read this, I'll be gone, probably on the run from the police and FBI for what I'm about to do. But remember Anna, you'll always be my little sister and I'll always be able to answer your call whenever you need to talk to someone.

Authors opinion: Hey everyone, guess what we finished the first movie. Yeah I know that it only took three chapters but I tried to space it out the best I could with how I usually write. There will be more chapters that aren't based on the movies for a while, probably around the seventh film is where I'll place her back in the movies but for now she's out of the films and into her own story. Either way I hope you all enjoyed this chapter and until the next time bye
