Chapter Nineteen

(Deckard P.O.V)

Anna went to take a nap while I kept working on my car, we needed to be ready for whenever Toretto decided to strike. I wish Anna wasn't involved in this but there's nothing I can do anyway, not unless I wanted to put her and our family in jeopardy and that isn't fair on them. If or when I get released, I'll take Anna on a peaceful trip somewhere sunny, stay in a private villa, and just have the two of us, it'll be like a second honeymoon. She thinks I don't know the amount of stress she's under, but I do, and I want to take that all off of her brave shoulders. 

Hobbs bothered me a bit, wondering why I was given the highest award by Her Majesty herself when I was a traitor, of course he doesn't know the whole story and that's none of his business. Anna was sleeping quietly as Hobbs talked and woke her up in a frightful state, she looked slightly pale and so I dropped what I was doing and went to her side and held her and she softly cried. "Do you want to talk about it?" I asked her and she shook her head, I hummed and kissed her head and just held her. 

Then out of nowhere, we heard on the police scanners about cars driving themselves. "Now that's Dom." Toretto's wife said and Anna held a blank face and I looked at her. "I love you, no matter what happens. I'll be in your heart." I told her and she nodded and with a soft kiss, we got into our cars and headed to the area where everything was going to hell. I mean hundreds and hundreds of cars all over the place, people running scared for their lives. 

(Anna P.O.V)

"God, what the hell is my cousin doing?" I asked myself as I held a laptop on my lap and began working on a way to make sure that we find out what the hell is going on. And personally, I wanted to counter hack Cipher just like Tessa asked me to do if I ever came in her pathway. When we finally met up with Dom, I found out what he took and so did Ramsey, he stole a Russian Nuclear Football. Meaning if we didn't get those codes, we were doomed. "Bloody hell." Deckard said and I took a shaky breath, I was still shaken by my nightmare earlier and now this, I wanted to go home and be with my girls and son. "It's over, Toretto. Get your ass outta the car now." Luke ordered and if I knew Dom, he wasn't going down without a fight. Dom drove forward and Little Nobody fell for it, giving Dom a chance to escape. 

We chased him through streets, a market, all the way to an intersection where we were able to finally grapple hook him. "Oh boy." I said and quickly was able to hack into Dom's phone. "Dom, it's Anna, please stop this. Think of Mia and Brian, think of how sad they will be if they heard of this, think of your family Dom!" I pleaded with him and all I heard from him after a few seconds was. "I am." He said and Cipher blocked me again, I stomped on the floor in anger, and I could hear Luke talking about how many horsepower his car has, Deckard though he had five and I agreed. Dom used the Nos and with that he was able to flip Pierce and broke off his door, making Luke drive backwards, smashing a traffic light. Flipped Parker and Letty onto each other and Deckard and I crashed into Dom and then into the two. 

Dom got out of his now destroyed car and Deckard began running, and I followed suit. "Dom! Stop!" I shouted but just as I got to them, with Luke behind me. Dom shot Deckard, my world came crashing down as I grabbed the gun I had 'borrowed' earlier and shot Dom in both his leg and his shoulder. He was shocked to see me, but I had fainted into Luke's arms and lost consciousness. 

Authors opinion: Hey everyone and here is the newest chapter. I finally got the DVDs of the film and are finally going to get this book done. I can't wait to get this done for you all and I decided to not do the ninth film as that is pending up to how the tenth and eleventh films end and I don't want to keep this book on hold longer than this. So either way I hope you all enjoyed this chapter and until the next time bye
