"That's Baris, baby. He's a friend of mine." Dicle says when she notices that Arya is ready to attack.
"Friend.?." Arya says testing the word. Dicle gets on her knees and hugs her. "Yes, he's a friend and we like him. Most of the times..." She says and she looks at Baris who just stands there.
"Don't look at me like that. I'm no good with kids." He says diverting from the actual reason of her last sentence.
Dicle picks up Arya in her arms and starts walking to the living room "Shut the door behind you." She tells him and she sits Arya on the couch.
"My love you will sit here and watch your movie. I will be over here dealing with an issue ok?" Dicle says and Arya simply nods.
"Let's get this over with Baris." She says still mad at him and she sits on the dining table crossing her legs.
"And you are still not over it, I see." He says and he hands her his phone.
She ignores him and reads the text he wrote. It is exactly the same thing she has sent him but with some different words in it. "Ok it's good. Post the damn story."
He takes his phone back, presses send and throws it over the table. "Is this how we will be from now on?" He asks.
"Did you.?" She raises her voice and Arya looks at them. Dicle just smile and she turns to Baris again.
"Did you think I will let go of 'this' that easy?" she angrily whispers at him since she can't yell.
"I didn't think this through yes, but now it's settled!" He says using the same tone as her while he looks over his shoulder to check. "Can we do this someplace else?"
"Oh no mister. She's the only reason why I'm not jumping on you now." Dicle says.
Baris approaches her even more and uncrosses her legs, steps between them while he places his hands next to her thighs. "Oh I would love to see that..." He whispers close to her lips.
Her mind fogs and she tries to remember the reason why she's mad at him but his perfume isn't helping her a lot. He has that stupid smirk on his face and she doesn't know if she wants to smack it or kiss it to make it disappear.
"You were saying....?" He knows he has power over her and that makes her even madder. She closes the distance between them so much that she can feel his breathing ghosting over her lips. She smiles when he gulps as she puts her hand over his chest feeling his heart pounding really fast.
"I was saying that I have to get Arya her milk." She says and pushes him away. "Make yourself useful and stay with her till I get back." Dicle says and vanishes in the kitchen, leaving him alone.
The moment he sits next to her Arya gives him the major side eye and she turns to watch her movie again. 'Her attitude definitely comes from Dicle' Baris thinks yet he stays there.
Two minutes later the movie ends and Arya turns to him. He got scared for a second but he will never admit it. "Why is you hurting my Dicle?" she asks. The music plays over the ending titles and he tries not to stand up from the couch. Instead he reaches for the remote to close the tv.
"You love Dicle a lot, don't you?" He asks, trying to change the subject.
She nods and smiles "My Dicle." She says.
"She uses 'my' before every person she loves." Dicle explains as she's out of the kitchen with a bottle in her hand. "It's like a title of honor for her."
