The world paused for a moment as silence surrounded the two of us. I ran my fingers down her naked back, looking blankly into spaces. I wasn't sure how long we slept. By the time I felt her stirring in my arms the sun was already gone and the sky had blacked out. I didn't know I had it in me but I had been listening to each and every words that left her lips as she told me all about the stars outside our window.
