Prompt: Y/n becomes numb after he leaves

Story:
It's been a year since He left beacon hills and everyone's been worried about me I don't come to pack meets I only leave my house when I go to school which I haven't been doing good in that either

My teachers noticed and tried getting me to talk but I won't talk they tried asking Scott and them but they don't know either only Derek does

Derek knew I liked him but since he's been gone for a year I've become numb I don't smile laugh creak jokes I'm basically Derek except I don't talk and make sarcastic remarks

"Y/n please come to the pack meeting tomorrow" Derek said he came to my house I was sitting on my bed not sleeping

"Fine" I said not looking up at him my voice was ruff as I kept checking my phone for a text message from him but nothing shows up

We used to text each other every hour of the day he would always ask me how I was doing and stuff like that

Derek just left knowing I wasn't going to talk to him about anything he knows why I'm sad it's because He left beacon hills and I have no idea when he's coming back or if he's coming back at all

And again no sleep I get out of my bed and went to the kitchen and opened up the fridge but I'm not hungry so I close the door

I get to school and go to my first period but just spending another morning staring out the window...staring into the nothing

I had my phone in hand and of course I check my phone every second to see if he sent a message...

The bell rang and I grabbed my stuff as Stiles tried getting my attention but I just walked passed him

I got in my car/truck and drove to the loft I parked my car/truck as I heard everyone pull up beside me

They got out of their cars and jeep as they looked at me but I stayed in my car/truck as a tear slipped from my eye

I took a deep breath as I saw everyone disappear inside I got out of my vehicle and started my way up the stairs

Even now I check my phone but I never see a message from him I frown as I slid the loft door open

I look around the loft looking for him but see nothing I let out a sigh as my heart breaks I walk to the stairs and sit where he usually does his sent is faint but still there

I looked at my phone once again "Y/N!" I heard someone say I freeze everyone became quiet as they looked who it was "Y/n" they said more soft

I know that voice I slowly look towards the door no no no it can't be...or maybe...could it be I thought I stood up and immediately started running

Peter Hale is back as I ran to him he held out his arms as I wrapped mine around him he immediately hugged me back as tears came to my eyes

"You goddamn idiot" I said as he chuckled lightly and held me tighter to his chest his one hand moved to the back of my neck and his other hand was on my upper back

I closed my eyes taking in his sent as he said "I missed you" I smiled but couldn't help but let tears fall

"I missed you too" I said as I felt him smile he pulled back slightly which made me look at him he saw the tears and cupped my face and wiped them away

He leaned his forehead on mine as he closed his eyes which made me do the same "I'm sorry I left" he said softly "I promise I'll stay"

"Please stay Peter...it was so hard with you.." I said as I felt tears come to my eyes but none fell

"I'm sorry sweetheart" he said as he pulled his forehead away from mine which made me open my eyes but immediately close them when I felt his lips on mine
