Prompt: Y/n watches Tate for Kayce and Monica when one day she gets kidnapped and everyone at the bunkhouse goes crazy because she's basically the light in there.

Story:
"Come on Tate let's go see what the boys are doing in the bunkhouse" I said to the little 12 year old

"Okay!" He said happily as he ran out of his room I laughed slightly as I got off of his bed and ran after him

"Slow down dude your to fast for me" I joked as he laughed slightly before we exited the main house

"You like Ryan don't you" Tate said looking up at me as I looked down at him shocked "I can tell by the way you look at him" he added

"What do you mean the way I look at him?" I asked as we walked down the hill that leads to the barns and stables for the horses

"You look at him like the way I look at my horse" He said as I looked down at him

"And how do you look at you horse?" I asked as he looked up at me and stopped walking

"Like this" he said as his eyes light up "You get nervous around him as well" he said as he walked forward he might be a 12 year old but damn does he know when I crush on someone

"And what if I do are you gonna tell him?" I asked as he shakes his head

"No you have to" he said as we saw the bunkhouse door come into view

"Thanks buddy" I said patting his back as he smiled "Go on" I said as he immediately ran to the bunkhouse door and opened it

I chuckled as he looked back at me "Come on slow poke" he yelled as I laughed and shook my head

I jogged over as he grabbed my hand and pulled me in "Alright alright little man I'm here" I said with a laugh before I dumped into someone "Sorry" I said and noticed it was Ryan

"Hey Y/n" he said smiling at me slightly

"Hey Ryan" I said with the same smile as I blushed lightly I heard Tate giggle which made me look at him "What are you laughing at?" I questioned

"Nothing~" he said with a smile as I chuckled and shook my head

"Oh I'll give you something to laugh at" I said as his eyes widened as he began to run as I chased him

I caught him and started tickling him which he bursted out laughing before he tapped out which made me stop I chuckled as I stood up and watched him walk off to Lloyd

"Your really good with kids you know" Teeter said which made me look at her

"Yeah I guess I am" I said shrugging my shoulder

"Wait you can understand her?" Colby asked me as I nodded my head slightly

"Yeah clear as day she might have a Texas accent but yeah" I said nodding my head

"What happened to you guys?" I heard Tate ask which made me look over and see he was now talking with Ryan who I noticed was now branded

"Just got some revenge that's all" Ryan said as he moved his shirt a bit I didn't even notice it before but it was unbuttoned

"Why'd you do that?" Tate asked tilting his head slightly as Ryan shook his head

"Nothing you need to worry about kid" He responded as Tate sighed before he talked about something else

"You guys should probably go" I heard Rip say which made me look over at him I knew he mostly meant Tate should go since I'm old enough to know what's going on
