Warnings: Cursing, lots of time skips
Prompt: No one sees color until they meet their soulmate one night Y/n's out in the woods looking for the alpha but is surprised when she finds him...

Story:
"Y/n don't you dare go out into the woods!" Stiles said from my speaker as I put on my shoes

"Stiles I'm bored though!" I whine as he sighs as I heard Scott say

"Y/n there's an alpha out in the woods what if they hurt you!" He said as I groaned but didn't listen to them

"Yeah Y/n if you get hurt and can't call us what will happen then?" Derek said as I rolled my eyes at the three

"Than I'll die" I said plainly as all of them sighed I walked to my kitchen counter and grabbed my house keys "Okay I'm going out in the woods bye!!" I said

"No Y/-" Stiles was cut off by me hanging up and plus I knew I wasn't going to get hurt I don't know why but I knew I wouldn't

I closed my door and locked it before I set off into the woods I had a flashlight with me as well I turned it on and started looking around a bit

Its been a few minutes and I haven't heard anything sometimes I would hear a bird fly above but nothing more

I let out a sigh as I come to a spot where I sit down and lean up against a tree in the distance I heard birds sometimes chirping or owls hooting or other little creatures

I had my eyes closed when the forest went quiet I immediately opened my eyes as I didn't hear any owls or little mice it was dead quiet so I knew something big must be around

I kept my breathing and heart steady as I quietly turned off my flashlight it was hard to see since everything's black and white

I should probably mention your born with only seeing black and white that is until you meet your soul mate is when you finally get to see colors

I hadn't met mine yet but I couldn't wait to see who it is though I wonder if their a supernatural like Scott and Derek

I heard a low growl which made my heart skip a beat I looked in front of me and saw a gigantic creature their eyes were glowing but of course I didn't know which color

I could tell they were a werewolf because well I could make out they were on all fours but lower kinda like an American werewolf

'Only an alpha werewolf has power to fully transform' I heard Derek say which made my eyes widened...this was the alpha werewolf..

I leaned back against the tree as the alpha growls at me and took a step closer I squeezed my eyes shut as I heard it move more I opened my eyes and saw it was right in front of me

I looked into it's eyes when suddenly my black and white vision faded away into color I saw the werewolves red eyes as they stopped growling at me and just stared at me

"Y-your m-my soulmate....the a-alphas my sou-m-mate" I said the last part to myself but allowed I looked into it's eyes and saw it's emotions change from ready to kill me to protective

I heard twigs snap from behind me which made the alpha turn around and growl which I heard someone growl back which my guess was Derek

I stood up immediately as the alpha turned and looked at me before he ran off I watched as he ran off as Scott Derek and Stiles ran at me

"Y/n oh my god your okay" Stiles said as he hugged me but I didn't hug back I only looked to where the alpha disappeared

In the distance I heard the alpha howling "Y/n?" Derek said which made me look at him finally "Are you okay?" He asked he seemed to notice I was a little out of it
