it had been exactly 5 hours since Taehyung confessed. 5 hours since they got interrupted by a student calling them to go and eat. And, 5 hours since Jungkook pretended he did not hear taehyung's confession at all.
Currently, the nurse was sobbing quietly in Seokjin's arms, his body shaking as the professor softly rubbed his back in a comforting way.

"n-no" Jungkook sniffed out, wiping the tears off with his sweater paws "nothing is going to be okay! y-you always say this but- b-but it never gets better"

Seokjin stopped talking only to hear soft snores escaping from jungkook's lips, he smiled to himself seeing the younger comfortably falling asleep in his chest. The professor laid the boy in the mattress and slept beside him, spooning him into a warm hug.

The next day after this were like hell to taehyung. Jungkook was avoiding him every chance he got. He would avoid eye contacts, and immediately turn around and run away when he'd see Taehyung coming his way.
