It had been three days since taehyung was staying in the grandpa's house now, and there was no sign of jungkook waking up yet.
Taehyung was worried.
"grandpaaaaa" taehyung whined at the old man who sighed in annoyance, "why is jungkookie not waking up yettttt"
"taehyung stop playing with my beard, i swear to god-"
"oh you dont like it?!" taehyung gasped, "or do you just.. not like ME????"
"this brat-" grandpa sighed once again. he had been doing that a lot since taehyung started living with him. oof, what a troublesome kid. but it was hard not to love taehyung, he was indeed very charming and loveable.
The grandpa closed his eyes, accepting his defeat and letting taehyung continue make different "hair-styles" on his beard.
"anddddd done!!!" taehyung proudly jumped out after making pretty braids on grandpa's white beard. it looked.. uhm nice i think. "oooh, you l-look totally like a hero !!!!! film star grandpa woohoo!!!"
They suddenly heard small giggles coming from behind them.
It was Jungkook. He had finally woken up, and was quietly trying to suppress his giggles with his palm covering his mouth, after witnessing the scene of taehyung braiding grandpa's beard.
Taehyung screamed a "OMG" in joy and ran towards him, scooping the nurse in his arms from the bed and hugging him tightly. Jungkook let a squeak at the sudden action, but nonetheless hugged the boy back, wrapping his legs around taehung's waist.
"y-yah slow down, taehyung" jungkook mumbled when taehyung tightened the hug making it hard to breathe for him. He rested his head on taehyung's shoulder, moving his hands up and tangling his fingers on the boy's soft hair.
taehyung let out a hum, pressing a light kiss on the back of jungkook's head which was unknown to the nurse, "you're finally awake, my love"
