About a week had passed and Yuki was improving. Kessho's mother also gave him more freedom, only demanding that he be home at 8 and can't leave before 9:30. he was an amazing influence on Yuki, she had been starting to pick up on things like informal speech and asking for things she needed. He also gave her self defense lessons as well as training, Yuki's endurance was actually impressive, but she had little to no reaction time and she didn't know how to defend herself. He was also working on training Eri a little, her quirk was dangerous and he only let her use it on him. For training, he would make a cut somewhere on his arm and instruct her to heal it. She wasn't very good at shutting off her power or controlling it's strength, so he stuck with shutting off the power for now. If it ever got out of hand he knew one method to stop it, it was candy. He thought it was because she liked it a lot, so she subconsciously stopped whatever she was doing to get her apple lollipop. Yuki also started to develop preferences, she liked the color blue and her favorite candy flavor was blue razzberry. From 8:00 to 9:30 when Kessho came, Gon helped her with basic knowledge. Killua offered to do that instead but Gon insisted on it. He also started to teach Kessho some things as well, like how to make his footsteps silent and how to aim properly.

"Big brother" he turned to see Yuki, she was holding a bag. Killua usually sent her to go get food and stuff, he was too busy with Eri and Kessho to do it himself. He gave her a smile, "welcome home little snowflake" he also gave her a nickname. Eri was blueberry, Yuki was snowflake, and Kessho was gemstone. Although he usually just called him Sho. She gave him a smile, she had been doing that more often as well. "can I cook today?" she asked. He shrugged, "if you want to" that was another thing, she kept on insisting to do chores. Honestly he liked that she would do them without complaint, but he kind of wanted her to complain as well. If she complained it would mean she's gaining more independence, and she almost never did. Normal parents and siblings would give anything for them not to complain and resist, that's kind of hilarious when you think about it.

They had also turned this entire rooftop into a house area. There was a 'kitchen' which was pretty much some cabinets and a solar powered oven and a few other appliances. Then they had a 'relaxation area' as the kids called it, it had some pillows and chairs and a padded flooring as well as a few tablets for free use. The 'bedroom' was the only actually room like structure. It had walls and a pretty solid roofing over it as well as some blankets, pillows, and 2 mattresses arranged side by side. They were a group of five so it was kind of cramped, Killua and Gon slept on either side of the kids and against the walls of the structure. Then there was the 'recovery room'. It had Kessho's gem bucket and one small mattress. It also had all sorts of shit just piled up in drawers and cabinets. His torture kit was also there, along with the first aid box and some of his candy stash. It was the same room that Kessho's dad tried to shoot him in, but nobody cares about that dead bitch. There was the 'training area' which was pretty much just the next rooftop over. It had a table and a few chairs as well as a desk filled with some weapons. He was actually surprised that nobody questioned their little setup, it had a huge awning over each of the 'rooms' in case of rain and was very much visible from the street. He also had to use curtains to hang from the 'rooms' to dispel wind and stuff. There was a changing area that had a mirror and all his makeup and stuff, as well as a chair and everybody's clothes. All in all, it wasn't a bad way to live.

The only way they afforded this was having Killua pickpocket strangers for money and buying stuff online. Everything was sent to Kessho's house so all they had to do was haul it up there, which wasn't a very hard thing to do. Yuki walked off with her tail swishing behind her, she disappeared into the kitchen area which had blue curtains. "woah" he glanced behind him to see Midoria climbing up the tree they had used to come last time. He walked over and grabbed his hand to help haul him up. "Midoria! What brings you here?" he glanced around, blinking curiously at all the concealed areas. "I was honestly-" he was interrupted by a shout. "Kessho! Go make sure your sister doesn't burn down the kitchen" that was Gon. Killua shot a glare in the direction of the training area where the voice had come from. "she doesn't need to be babysat! Let her do it on her own!" he shot back. "are you questioning my authority?" that was something that irritated him. Ever since he had been going as 'mama', he had started acting like an actual mother and ordering all the 'kids' around, including him. "I don't give a damn about your-" out of nowhere, a dagger came flying passed. He caught it with ease, then scowled in his direction. "watch where your throwing things, your gonna stab someone" he then remembered Midoria and turned, only to see him with an extremely confused expression. "this place changed" he snorted. "what an understatement. Let me show you around"
