Tony Stark:

-Was in his lab late at night
-You walk in, half-asleep, with your hair messed up
-He doesn't even have to look up to know that you've walked in
-"Honey, what are you doing here? Go back to sleep."
-You pout and tell him you want to cuddle
-Smiles and lets go of his work
-Takes you to his bedroom to cuddle
-Has FRIDAY/JARVIS play relaxing music

Steve Rogers:

-You walked into his room at night
-You don't even have to say anything, he already knows
-Pats the bed next to him and you lie down
-Wraps his arm around your waist, pulling you into his chest
-Makes sure you're comfortable
-"Are you comfortable?"
-Grabs your hand and plays with your fingers
-Makes sure you're asleep first before falling asleep

Bruce Banner:

-Probably in his lab as well
-When you walk in, he is a bit concerned
-"You alright?"
-When you say yes, he sighs of relief before going back to work
-Smiles when you hug him from behind and nuzzle your head into his back
-Completes his work quickly
-Turns around and picks you up
-Takes you to your room and you both cuddle to sleep

Thor Odinson:

-When you tell him, he's a bit confused
-"Shall we lay down?"
-When you say yes, he smiles and walks out of the room
-Comes back with a million soft blankets
-You both lay down
-"You appear comfortable, am I correct?"
-You hum in content and wrap your arms around him
-Happily cuddles back and falls asleep next to you

Loki Laufeyson:

-Notices before you even say anything
-"You're in need of something. What is it?"
-When you tell him, he tries to hide a smile
-Is so excited on the inside
-"I suppose that can be arranged."
-Smirks and lays down with you
-You both are facing each other
-Feels at peace when you cuddle into his chest and runs his hand through your hair
-Head kisses 😍

Peter Parker:

-You have to tell him

-Quickly arranges his/your bed so that it's cozy for cuddling
-Very smiley
-Wraps his arms around you as you nuzzle your head into his chest
-His cheek is resting on your head
-"This is nice."
-Is super happy you asked to cuddle

-You don't tell him but try to hint that you want to cuddle
-"Is there a reason your being handsy?"
-You sigh and tell him
-Honestly finds you amsuing
-Wraps his arms around you and kisses your forehead

-Smiles down at you cuddling into him
-Definitely stares at you in pure awe

-"I'm a busy man, babe."
-Chuckles when you pout
-"But I can always make time for this."

-One hand is resting on your back and the other on your head
-Holds you tight and is super happy
