Lips.
Let it be a short peck or a full on make-out session, he loves kissing your lips.
Steve Rogers:
Forehead.
He loves kissing your forehead after a long day of work as you both are cuddling on the couch, watching a movie.
Bruce Banner:
Shoulders.
This is mostly because he is sitting down while you guys hug and he takes the chance to peck your shoulders.
Thor Odinson:
Head.
He just loves it so much, especially if you're having a bad day. It also helps him feel like he's worthy of protecting you.
Loki Laufeyson:
Neck.
What can I say? He just loves kissing your neck. Sometimes it's gentle, but most of the times he leaves hickeys.
Peter Parker:
Cheek.
He loves kissing your cheek since he's too shy to kiss your lips. A lot of times, he sneaks up behind you and kisses your cheek.
Bucky Barnes:
Back of hand.
He's such a gentleman, oml, I swear. He is also scared to hurt you with his arm so he just sticks to kissing the back of your hand.
