Prompt: Y/n went out for a vacation and when they came back, New York wasn't what it used to be.

T O N Y S T A R K

"Come on, Tony, pick up!" You groaned in frustration as you tried calling your boyfriend to tell him you returned from the trip. However, Tony wouldn't pick up your calls or reply to your messages, which worried you.

With a sigh, you looked around, getting a bit creeped out at how empty and abandoned it looked.

Something was definitely off. You carefully walked around the city, a hand clutching the gun in your pocket. You were on edge since all you could hear were some low growls.

Soon enough, you spotted a familiar red and gold suit and sighed of relief, letting go of your gun. "Tony, what is up with you? You haven't been answering any of my calls or replying to my messages." All that came out of Tony in response was a growl that sounded inhuman. "Tony?" You called carefully and Tony turned around.

A gasp escaped your throat when you saw your boyfriend's face.

Your hand quickly went to your gun and you pointed it right in the middle of Tony's eyebrows. You've watched zombie movies before to know what to do in a situation like this. "I'm sorry, I love you." You muttered before pulling the trigger on him.

A huge bang rang through the air, breaking the silence and you looked around to make sure you didn't attract any zombies. You wished that you never came back from the trip.

Of course you tried calling Steve but no response. When you found a random person roaming around, you were about to ask for help but stopped. The way they were moving and inhuman grunts they were letting out told you to run, and you did.

While running, you took out your phone to contact whoever the hell you can but no one picked up. In time, you came across some buses and stuff hanging in between two buildings and the web that was hanging them up was way too familiar.

You didn't know what to do, you didn't even know if there were any survivors. You didn't even have any flying powers. You let out a groan and continued walking around till you reached Grand Central Terminal.

You walked in and found your old friends and greeted them with a hug. All of you then got a train moving to Camp Lehigh.

You stood in the furthest coach with Sharon, looking out at the bright orange sunset. As you were about to walk away, the glass broke and an intruder jumped onto the train.
