You bring home a pet

Tony Stark:

-"Um--I'm sorry, what?"
-Tries to be assertive
-"No, no, no, we are NOT keeping it, Y/n!"
-You don't listen to him and keep the pet
-Acts annoyed at first
-Ends up falling in love with it and spoils it a lot
-"I'll have Happy pick up a few more stuff."

Steve Rogers:

-He is more than surprised
-"Woah. Okay, who's this supposed to be?"
-Loves that it makes you super happy
-"Alright, and does he/she/it have a name?"
-Sweet smile 🥺
-Helps you name it
-Buys everything it could possibly need
-Gets attached

Bruce Banner:

-Scared of hurting it
-"Can I touch him/her/it?"
-Carefully touches it
-Smiles and picks it up
-Probably loves it more than you do
-Will play with it to relieve stress
-One day, you'll walk into the lab and see him sitting on a chair and working on something while the pet is in his lap and he's petting it every now and then

Thor Odinson:

-Immediately gets smiley and giggly
-"I like this creature!"
-Puts in his lap while you both figure out a name
-"How about Thor Jr the Mighty...No?"
-It takes you both a while to come up with a name
-After that, you can forget about the pet
-It's his now
-He plays with it at any chance he gets

Loki Laufeyson:

-He is completely against the idea
-"No, I do not see the purpose of keeping this...foul creature."
-You give him puppy eyes
-Tries to resist but fails and sighs
-"Fine, but keep it away from me."
-He only keeps it because you want to keep it
-Secretly smiles when he sees you playing with the pet
-Hides the fact that he actually loves it

Peter Parker:

-Probably pretty shocked
-"W-Woah! Who is this little guy?"
-He smiles so much
-His smile is just 😩
-"We're keeping him/her/it?!"
-Actually giggles
-He is SO excited, like damn
-Buys anything and everything that is required
-Takes amazing care of it

Bucky Barnes:

-He's a bit unsure
-"Are you sure, doll? I'm not a huge pet person, you know?"
-You insist on keeping it
-He gives the pet a chance since you love it so much
-He is scared to touch it because of his metal arm
-Soon enough, he grows a nice bond with him
-He joins you when you're playing with it

Sam Wilson:

-"Um, what the hell is that?"
-He tries to act all tough and in charge
-"I don't think it's a good idea, babe."
-Tries to avoid your puppy eyes
-Only agrees because of you insisting and giving him puppy eyes
-He tried so hard not to fall in love eith the pet himself
-In the mornings when he's making food and you're asleep, the pet runs to him and snuggles into his leg. He smiles and picks it up, giving it head pats.
