I like her. That's it. I wish it could just be that simple, but it wasn't. My love was not enough for us to stay strong on our first try. I was really angry when she just gave up so easily on me, on us. I wanted revenge so much that I even played with her dreams, but instead of being happy seeing her like that, it torn me apart.

And at that moment, I just want to kill myself. Bakit ko p a'to ginagawa kung sarili ko lang naman ang masasaktan sa huli?

So I twist up my plan. I decided, I want her back.

And I did.

"What did you saw on that Miller Mateo?" Zane asked me. I stopped swinging the slide and look at him.

"What's wrong with her? She's pretty." His face turned into something disgusting. Like I said something offensive.

"Ew, yuck! I mean, look at her!" He pointed out. My face turned to a girl who is just a two year younger than me, holding bunch of books on her poor slim arms, her glasses slide down her nose bridge as the crowd around her began to push her, like she was invisible.

I shrugged and smiled.

"She is pretty. I'm going to talk to her." I was going to stand up when he budges me off. My face became dark.

"I heard she doesn't even do math! So dumb. You deserve better Mateo."

I shake my head.

"Yes I do. And she is the best."

I didn't listen to him and went straight up to her but I guess she didn't notice me. For time, I started to develop some feelings towards her, I always walk pass on their room and looks at her struggle on math class, always following her to the rooftop where she read some story books, like Percy Jackson. Maybe they are right, I am weird. Because compared to the 'beautiful' people that sociality is saying, she is nowhere near.

From her pale skin, freckles, blond hair, nothing is really 'beautiful' from her, but in my eyes, she is a goodness.

I don't know but when my eyes lands on her eyes, my heart felt ticklish like some magical feather was right above it.

And one day, I was going to be friend her, I saw her go to the rooftop so I followed her there, hoping that we could...somehow, be close.
