§ 2008 August §

"Mommy you can't catch me....." . The Y/H/C locks of the little girl flew around her face as she tried to run as fast as her little legs could carry her. " Wait for me troubles..." Jessica Ford was trying to run as slow as she could so that her daughter wouldn't lose. Y/N had her mom's eyes that sparkled just like her mothers when she was happy.

Johnny Ford , Y/N's dad had a big smile on his face as he came back from fishing with Ian. " Look mom...look what I caught me and dad caught this fish and I even found a slimy fish but I didn't touch cause it looked like a humongous snail mom." Little Ian then caught his sisters eye's and his own lit up on seeing her.

" Look y/n/n....look what I found" Ian went to his sister while his fish and the fishing rod was now forgotten as it laid on the ground. Y/N now came to halt with her eyes and her tiny mouth widened as she looked curiously on what was in her big brothers hand. " Oooooooh....where did you get this...I want one too Ian" the little girl slowly touched the tiny bottle with her hand to make sure that she didn't break her brothers treasure.

" You can have it if you want it y/n/n...I can get another one, because...because I'm a pirate and pirates get loads of bottle with treasure inside. But...but mine doesn't have treasure because I already..already put it in my chest. I'll show it to you but you can't tell anyone else." Ian whispered the last part in his sisters ear.

" Okay" Y/N whispered back. After pressing a loving kiss to Jessica Johnny came in and scooped his daughter up" What's my little princess and Queen doing" Johnny Ford brushed his daughter's hair onto one side as he addressed both his daughter and his wife with a bright smile.

" Daddy...me and mommy were running and...and she was trying to catch me, but I was so fast that she couldn't catch me. I went over there and here and there and here. " Little y/n/n swayed her hand from one side to another. " OH!!!...I forgot to tell you daddy..I saw a big bird..it had like red feathers on its side and I even tried to touch it but it flew away..I think I can talk to birds Dad because it made a sound when it saw me" Y/N/N had a bright smile on her face as she giddily told her dad about her day to which the dad listened intently with a tiny smile as he saw the same sparkle in his little daughter's eyes.

Johnny carefully placed his daughter back to the ground as his two little kids went running around as both of them were trying to find out whether there was a genie in the bottle.Jessica walked towards her husband as she wrapped her hand around his biceps. " I wish we could stay like this forever..." she looked up as Johnny lovingly kissed his wife's forehead " I wish for your wish to come true". Johnny wrapped an arm around his wife as they watched their little bundles run around.

PRESENT TIME

" Y/N/N its been two hours and we've been sitting here sulking looking at a piece of beautifully brewed whisky which you won't even let me touch, if you dont wanna drink then that's fine just let me" Billy groaned to Y/N who was laying down on her bed facing the ceiling with her hands folded and placed gracefully behind the back of her head.

" Bill..is it wrong that I'm feeling things you know...I'm having some kind of thoughts at times" Y/N didn't move her eyes from the ceiling. By now Billy was sure that Y/N had something very important to talk about , otherwise the bourbon sitting infront of them would be finished by now.

" I don't know what kind of thoughts I mean is it like dirty thoughts...." Billy wiggled his brows while smiling poking his tongue on the inside of his cheek hoping to ease Y/N. Y/N chuckled " No Bill it's..I I just feel all tingly and I.." Y/N was having a hard time processing the emotions that she was feeling but when Billy was persistent in knowing why Y/N had left the school in the middle of the day, she had to talk to him.

" It's a girl isn't it" Billy was looking at Y/N.... his humorous demeanour was now gone and he looked straight into Y/N's eyes. Billy had been noticing changes in Y/N for the past few days, however he had seen a particular girl watching or staring at Y/N even before this and he just thought that it was his paranoid mind, Billy thought it would be better not to pinpoint anybody's name as he wanted to confirm his assumption first. But the conversation they had the previous day with Nate and how a certain raven haired girl seemed to be gazing at Y/N made Billy's mind run wild with different scenarios . He knew that the noirette had some kind of feeling towards his best friend and he therefore noted to keep a close eye on her .

Billy knew that Y/N had gone through a lot in the past years, he knew his best friend was strong but he couldn't afford to let Y/N 's heart break again. He had never been to fond of Megan since she was Nate's girlfriend and god knows what they might be plotting together even though the girl looks innocent. He knew more than anyone how it feels when somebody you love and deeply care for lets go of you. Y/n had gone through that once and that was more than enough.

Y/N was now looking at Billy with an emotionless face " It's not like I can hide anything from you..and there's no point"

" Y/N/N I know that I don't have to advise you but just don't let yourself get hurt. I mean whatever is happening just tell me..UGH I'm so bad at this sappy shit, I wish I was Maddy she'd know what to say" Y/N smirked and looked at Billy " Yea...Maddy....don't think I'm not noticing the drool that drips down your chin when you look at her" Billy nudges Y/n's shoulder " GOD....y/n/n I have a decorum, I don't DO any of my friends. THE IMAGE GIVES ME CREEPS" Billy started to pour the drink in two glasses.

" Whatever floats your boat man" Y/N shrugged it off and looked into the dark night sky. Her mind was now filled with the memories of what happened in the school the previous days, she wondered how come she never noticed Megan ever in the class, how come that she was searching for something and somehow it seems to be so close to her and all she had to do was reach out .
