" baby shhh...it's okay...shhhh" A very distressed redhead was trying to calm the baby in her hands , who seemed to not care at all about the tired frowning redhead and was wailing. It was pouring on the outside and Cheryl Blossom was trying hard to get the baby in her arms to calm down.
Pushing the covers off her, Cheryl adjusted the baby in one hand as she tried to get her phone from the bedside table. The light from the phone illuminated the dark room as she softly bit her lip trying to find a number.
" oh comeon pick up pick up....." Cheryl cursed as she tried to softly rock the baby back to sleep. After a few more rings the person on the other line picked up.
" what's up with you...I had already told you I'd be late" the person on the other line replied as Cheryl rubbed her forehead. " Y/N you better come back right now...lia wouldn't stop crying...and it's past midnight now , where are you" The baby in Cheryl's hands was now suckling on her little fingers as fresh tears poured out from the baby's big blue eyes.
" shit..yea I got caught up..I had to make sure that the men who were dealing—" Y/N was cut off from speaking by her baby's wailing that filled the phone call. Cheryl on the other hand was now trying to heat up some milk as she dropped two drops of milk on her wrist making sure it wasn't too hot for the tiny person in her arms.

" listen just come back home as soon as possible..we miss you and you've been working way too much anyways..."
The voice of Cheryl on the other line went off as Y/N sat up on her chair, popping a few knuckles and stretching herself the taller girl grabbed her keys as something caught her eye. It was a picture of Megan laughing...not just any laugh but the one where it reflected from her eyes and Y/N could almost hear that infectious laughter which would end up with a very red and flustered Megan but that Megan was dead she had morphed into something Y/N feared the most, she changed and so she was gone.

Taking a deep breath in the taller girl reached over for the picture and chucked it inside one of the drawers as she walked outside the massive room. ___________________________
