"But Master Valor! Going out there alone? That's suicide!""Oooh come on now." He chuckles, "What's the worry? You think I can't handle it on my own?"
It was a warm sunny day in the City of Mondstadt where in this lovely morning has met trouble in the office of the Grand Master in the Knights of Favonius Headquarters.
"It's not that we doubt you..." Jean chimed in with a worried tone, "It's just that... we don't have information about how many or what's even at the location."
"Well they did say the Abyss Order, so might as well go and have a look yeah?"
"With all due respect Master I'm sure that all of us here do not doubt your abilities, but like our Acting Grand Master said." Kaeya spoke up as well, "We don't have much information besides the location. I believe that it's safer to wait for the Investigation Team's knowledge."
Worried looks set their sights on their Master. Signing he raised his hand in defeat, "Oh alright!" Fine... you guys win." He sinks into his chair, "I just wanted to at least have fun you know..." Setting his hands on the table.
"Master... let's not recreate what happened... please?" Jean reached for his hands, grasping them tightly.
His expression softens. "Okay... Dandelion."
Kaeya reading the suddenly clears his throat reaching out to the other fellow knights who reported for duty. Standing up he gathers them, "Well gentlemen! It seems that the report is already complete. Let's go back to work shall we?"
With that, he ushered everyone else out of the room. Winking at the couple before he exited himself. Valor chuckled as Jean shied away. At that moment he took this opportunity to placed his hand on top of hers instead, making her blush uncontrollably.
Sighing she leaned unto his shoulder. "What is it my Dandelion?"
"Nothing..." She muttered, "It's just that... you saying that makes me remember about that time you were gravely injured just because you saved me..."
"Oh? Have I worried my precious Grand Master that much?" He says grabbing her hands tightly as he swiftly carried her to the center of the room.
"M-Master..!" She yelped as he wrapped his arm around her waist, as the other handheld hers.
"Forgive me." He whispered gently, "I didn't wish to trouble my dearly beloved." Smirking as he nibbles her ear
"V-Valor... please..." She sheepishly replied, "We're still at work..."
"Mmm..." He hummed swaying around the office like they were at a ballroom dance, "Then it's fine to destress, after all, we're close to our break right?"
Slithering down to her neck he saw the area on which he gave his mark, he smiles as he found it cute that she tried to hide it with her collar. Well considering that you really can't see it from afar thanks to her cloak as well.
He pulls her closer wrapping both hands this time at her waist while she's forced to wrap hers over his head. Jean just accepted it after all she's easily swoon by her yours truly anyways. Resting her head on his chest they waltz around the floor casually.
"So how are you feeling?" He asked mentioning about... that night.
"I-I'm... alright." She blushed.
"Are you sure?"
She nods in reassurance.
"I did warn you." He chuckled, "I was surprised when you... accepted it like that."
