Arjun was the most eligible bachelor of the whole Aryavart. Beautiful maidens even from the heavens threw themselves on him. His valour, skills, richness and looks to die for were not hidden.
However, the prince was yet alone...being an orphan he was brought up by his aunt, Shanta who after seating him in the throne of Indraprastha left for Vyasa Ashram.
Present Day:
Arjun was sitting in his study looking after the state economic papers when a dasi entered ' Hail the king! Maharaj, Sanjaya is asking for permission to enter ' Arjun glanced at her and in serious tone gave the permission for him to enter.
Sanjaya entered ' Hail o king! We have recieved the news from our secret messenger that the Mauryan king 'Susharma' is planning to attack Indraprastha and is establishing a secret army in their state forest '
Arjun dropped the papers and calmly glanced at him and declared ' Prepare for my departure...Maurya Raj needs to be taught a lesson' saying this he smirked. Sanjaya nodded and went out. Arjun sat on his chariot and left for Maurya.
