Arjun helped Subhadra get down from the horse and immediately left for the Sabha slightly kissing her cheeks. Subhadra blushed and  turned towards the corridor heading towards her chamber. As soon as she entered an exasperated Varsha came running and hugged her.

She began 'Maharani, I am extremely sorry...I could not keep the promise and told Maharaj about ur whereabouts. I was already worried about u but I was excruciatingly frightened when I heard Maharaj screaming on top of his voice. I ran to the corridor only to find him throwing away things, screaming ur name and lashing out on the soldiers? He turned towards me and walked like a predator...and began speaking in the most develish voice' I brought u here to look after my wife and entertain her when I m not around. But u r no less than a trash bag. If I even find a scratch on her soft skin I will rip ur skin apart....tell me where she is before I snatch ur tongue out'.. only then I told where were u...I m so sorry' saying this Varsha started crying.

Subhadra immediately hugged her back and said ' It is ok dear... It is completely fine...I understand u were worried....now go and drink some water'. Varsha left the chamber and Subhadra sat on the couch.

She was  extremely shocked to hear Arjun's reaction. She kept on wondering wat made him so furious.

Subhadra spent the rest of the day in exploring the ginormous gardens of the palace, but carrying 12 soldiers by her side, but having no trace or sign from her Arya. At evening she asked Sanjaya about Arjun and discovered that he was very busy in directing some people in the study. Subhadra impatiently waited for Arjun in her chamber. At last when her patience was broken she hurriedly walked towards the study only to find the door closed. She ordered the soldiers to leave which was obliged within an instant.

Subhadra leaned a little forward and heard Arjun speak 'So is it clear? I want no mistakes. If I ever find my wife in trouble or any discomfort and discover that the work assigned to each one of u has not been served well....I will build a monument made of ur beheaded skulls which would replicate the future of anyone who would conspire or bring any sort of sorrow to my wife....Start functioning from tomorrow. Get out now'.

Subhadra was frightened of wat she heard and wanted to run away as she knew the door would open soon. But destiny was surely not in her favour that evening. The moment she moved her veil got stuck in the marble statue, which fell down and broke. Subhadra couldn't even absorb herself with the sudden change in the environment around her, when she heard her Arya scream ferociously 'Who the hell is there? Stay there or I would serve u the worst death possible'. ❄️
