Chapter 10: He Is Back?

[6 years later]

Sir?

Sir, are you awake?

I opened my eyes, to see who call and it was the taxi driver. Oh that right I was in a taxi cab.

"Thanks for waking me up, how much was it?"

I asked, reaching for my wallet.

"No need! Your mere presences is  enough to satisfy me."

"Why? Isn't that how it work?"

The taxi driver salutes to me

"Sergeant Major Naruto Uzumaki, I believe that if you haven't enlisted in the U.S. army, the world would've been taken over by terrorist, ISIS, and etc."

Oh... I forgot that I am wearing my military uniform.  A past which I forget. 

"I see. Thank you. But don't tell anyone that I decided to live here."

There' no need to lie to a courageous, brave, and  a smart man. I owe my loyalty. I wish a you a good day."

I excited the taxi cab.

I  looked around my surroundings. I closed my eyes and listen to all the voices my ear could hear. I hear people talking, people laughing.

I open my eyes and in front me, was large apartment building. The rent is above average but it's really worth it, from what I saw in the images.

Ding!

A noise came from my phone

Naruto, I heard that you just came back from your dangerous.  Mom and dad misses you very much! They are proud that their son is a sergeant major at age 24. I mean doesn't it take like 20 years to reach that rank.

Well. I.. mean this coming from a sensei who like a child of mine who just ended war with Afghanistan

I'll be coming to the Hidden leaf as soon as possible to come to see you. I'll bring medic kit in case.

I enter the apartment and look for my own room

I put in the passcode and put the key in the lock

Technology are getting my advance by the second.

I closed the door, then I locked the door and take around of my new house... or new apartment.

It seems they already done the job for me. A curved T.V., 3 small couches, high tech stoves. 2 dining table, a small but nice balcony, 3 room and 1 bathroom.

First I need to do it. Take off my uniform and hide it.

And now to hide all of the medals too that I earned

I noticed I was also carrying luggage. Why haven't I noticed as well. Oh well.

I put my uniform and medals in a small box and hid it underneath my bed. So no one will see it.

 I grabbed some clothes to cover myself from the war either bruises or cuts or scars.

I sat on the couch and turn the T.V. on.
