(A/N, ok I'm not sure what to but here so I just hope this is one of the last chapters. anyway, have a wonderful day and bare with me and my bad writing...)

the screen flashes, showing Leo going to Jason, talking to him to distract himself from the thoughts, urges of self destruction. Leo, Piper and Jason becoming like three peas in a pod, like they were born and raised together.

Leo's smile becoming slightly more real, but the itch to just disappear one night and never return still lays in the back of his mind to haunt him when he's alone, when he's left to think for a moment too long.

then, it happens. his fears from the vary beginning of their friendship. Jason wakes up on their field trip and doesn't know who he is who Leo or Piper are. and what he did for him.

Piper looks at Leo and realize just how selfish she is. when Jason forgot them, she was so focused on herself that she never realized how badly it hurt Leo too.

all this time, and she never realized who Leo really is. she didn't even know that 'Leo' is just a nickname for Leonidas. how his Mom really died. that he cut. that he was abused. that he tried to kill himself. and so, so, so, much more that she never knew. she has no right to call herself his best friend. yet she'd still do anything for him and more.

the next series of flashes showing how everyone ignores him when he tries to talk, have a serious talk. then? one night after the war, after everything that happened...

Leo honestly wasn't planning on spending all night in the tunnels under Cabin Nine, but when Annabeth came to the Hephaestus cabin covered in glitter and silly string holding the remains of a glitter filled golden computer asking if he could fix it, he couldn't say no. So fast forward thirteen hours and here he is, alone and exhausted.

Closing his eyes and leaning back into the wooden chair he sighs. His eyes stinging from the staring. Trying to blink away any suggestions of relaxation from his mind, the thought bring flashes of the night terrors he'd have quickly turning his body ridged and alert.

Turning his attention back to the glitter filled computer he takes a deep breath realizing trying to fixate on something he can't process isn't going to help him fix it. He needs to do something else for a bit.

Getting up and heading further into the tunnel he huffs at the dead end is a makeshift bed. He needs sleep whether he likes it or not. At least Down here no one can hear him screaming and he won't hurt anyone else in the process.

Sighing he kicks off his boots, taking a moment he turns his wrists, running his fingers over the multiple white scars running up and down his arms like harsh reminders of the past, a few being suicide attempts, key word being 'attempts'. Sucking in a harsh gasp of air like something had just knocked the air out of his lungs he harshly pulls the sleeves of his stained white button up shirt down as if trying to cover his entire life with it.

Screwing his eyes shut he whispers to himself repeatedly "I'm safe, I'm safe.." trying to convince himself of it, yet the building panic in his cracking voice says otherwise. He feels his throat closing, like someone's tightening a belt around it. He realize too late that he'd stopped breathing, his eyes roll into the back of his skull as he passes out.

Annabeth watches the screen fade. she honestly had forgotten about her laptop which she had gotten back two days later better then the day she got it. if she had known the pain he went through as he tried fixing it? she'd have thrown it away.

yet, she knew and she didn't even realize it. he'd tried talking to her and she shut him out, so focused on Percy that she threw away her friendship with Leo. what does that say about her? she's smart enough to know the damage of being ignored, she'd lived it and yet she did it to Leo anyway. what kind of person could do that to someone else?
