Chapter 8: The Singer Within Pt. 2.5

"Hm... What did I forget...? I feel like I forgot something... Yet I can't tell..." I told myself and sighed. I started to walk to Ruby's house and suddenly, I found myself knocked out.

"Gah... Why... Who are you...?" I asked, weakly.

"O-oh... I am so sorry...!" I tried to look at the person's face, however they ran away. I managed to have a good look at her and it turned out that it was Ruby.

"R-Ruby... Wait!" I tried shouting, however it only came out as whining.

"Eh...? Y/N?" I-I didn't see you t-there..." Ruby stopped, listened, and then picked me up.

"Yo... Ruby. What are you doing?" I asked, and Ruby started dragging me by the neck.

"Y/N! You have to be careful! I-It isn't safe to go outside alone, even when it i-it's still d-daytime!" Ruby warned, and I hugged Ruby so I would let her know I felt safe.

"It's okay, Ruby. I can handle it myself." I replied, picked myself up, and decided to go away. However, she still held my hand, and she apologized.

"I-I'm sorry... I-I just- W-Worry about you too much..." Ruby apologized, and I sat down beside some trees.

"Beep Bo Skdoop! (Man! That concert was neat!)" I heard a voice that made me think of the Boyfriend.

"I know really! Maybe we could participate in those concerts again!" A voice that felt sweet followed. "Oh! Look! There's Ruby and Y/N!"

"A-Ah! Oh... I-It's you!" Ruby said, and I started to stand in front of someone, for the very first time.

"Boop! (Oh!)" The BF replied, and started to scratch his head.

"Oh hey Ruby and Y/N!" The GF said, and started to pat BF's head.

"Beep Boop Skdoop Bo! (I heard you guys wanted to train Y/N!)" The Boyfriend exclaimed, and I started feeling nervous. "Boop Skdoop Bo Beep Be Boop! (I could train 'em a little, if you want!)"

"O-Oh... That's a nice offer. W-why don't you give it a t-try Y/N?" Ruby stuttered, and I nervously walked in front of the BF.

"Y-Ya! I could do it!" I nervously stuttered as BF followed me to the clean stage, where CJ and his band met me.

"Beep Skdoop Ska Doop! (Alright! Show us what you got!)" As BF threw me a microphone, I stuttered.

"T-Testing... T-Testing..." I nervously spoke, and BF had a look like he was not going to be easy on me. When I was finally ready to sing, CJ and his band appeared out of nowhere, and I hid behind the GF. 

"Hey! Ruby where were you? I thought you got lost!" CJ exclaimed, and Ruby looked a little ashamed, yet I had to stay in place.

"Um... I encountered Y/N-" Ruby looked into my eyes and cut herself off.

"Whoa! Where is Y/N?" CJ asked, and Ruby was quiet. "Ruby, what's wrong?"

"Don't worry! Y/N is right here."  The GF revealed me hiding behing her. However, as I went to run, I felt like I was hit in the gut and in the head.

"I am sorry Y/N... Please just don't run. Don't be a coward." The plush's voice, while a little bit bubbly, told me, so I stopped for a moment before CJ started noticing me. I started to black out, so I laid down, closed my eyes, and hoped to fall asleep.

 However, I felt like I did not faint. I still felt like this anyways, and when my eyes were still shut, I felt something... familiar. I saw a vision of me becoming one of the band's singers, but I ignored it. I heard voice from the vision, and it was not just the plush, it was from... people I knew, some were stangers

"Y/N, you're great at singing!"

"Y-You are g-good...!"

"Y/N! Y/N!"

"OH EM GEE!"

"Oh my gosh, they sing so good!"

"When you look at yourself, you look like a disappointment. When everybody else looks at you, you aren't a disappointment. To them, you are a successful peep. When I look at you, I remember I have committed the same mistakes and failed. Heck, I am the one who is leading you so you don't do the same problems like I did. I want to tell you the deepest of feelings I had for you, but it is too late. Goodbye Y/N, it was nice while it lasted."
