[Rushed]

'Oof... I- I- I don't think I can do this anymore...' I groaned as I leaded the way to the building that the plush mentioned. I started falling down and I was losing my ability to stay awake, buto I continued to persist.

'Are you sure you don't want to rest Y/N? I mean... look at that wound!' Vade was feeling concerned, but I replied with a simple yes.

"CJ, are we sure we are going to let Y/N walk more? I m-mean look at their w-w-wound!" Ruby whispered to CJ, however I couldn't hear what CJ said clearly.

"G-guys... I- I... Ugh!" I started to faint and I realized I had some noticeable wounds on my hands, too, even though I thought I wasn't striked there at all.

When we reached that 'home', I was nearly about to faint... until Vade gave me a glass a water from a nearby cooler.

(Author's note: I am experimenting with plot armor so yeah, Y/N can't really die unless I say so :] )

"Woah! This place looks large!" CJ exclaimed. I smiled at his comment, however I still sensed great pain from my back. Vade and Ruby noticed, and started to carry me to a very soft room with a window to the night sky.

"Are you okay, Y/N?" Vade and Ruby asked, simultaneously.

"Yeah, I'm," I harshly started coughing, "...okay."

"If you say s-so..." Ruby nervously left the room. Vade did the same, however she gave me pat on the head this time.

1 hour afterwards, I heard sirens later. My heart wouldn't race. I wasn't scared. I wasn't excited to be 'rescued'. I took a final breath before I drifted off into the light.

15 minutes later, someone came in. It was the plush. They inspected the injuries and started to wrap them with a special material made to make casts.

"What color?" The plush asked, quietly.

"[Cast/C-c-color]...." I whimpered.

Shortly after, I started to feel okay, yet I felt like I was dying. As I opened my eyes, I saw other people coming in. I could hear their voices.

"Y/N? Are you alright?!/Beep Bap Boop Beep Boop?!" The Boyfriend and Girlfriend shrieked as they saw my current state. I tried getting up, to no avail.

The plush looked at me and I looked back at them.

"Will they be fine?" Girlfriend asked.
"Surely, they just have.... broken bones. That's all. More tests then I'm done." BF and GF left, and the plush approached me.

"Hey, don't worry. You aren't gonna die. Heck, your life has just begun!" The plush reminded me. They began to hold me hand. "I remember back then when I told stories. Stories of heroes who never knew they were one themselves."

The plush grabbed my other hand. "They don't need to have a weapon in hand. They don't need to born one. They just need to become one." As they finished their sentence, the plush pulled me up. I whined slightly, as my wounds weren't fully healed yet.

"You're amazingly stoic."

"Sounded corny, but thanks...!" I managed to whisper. "What were your other tests, though?"

The plush giggled, "That was my final test."

I gasped, feeling a final pulse, drifting off to sleep, seemingly leaving no trace behind.

Outside Y/N's POV.... [CJ's POV]

While Y/N was still stuck at the hospital I had other things in mind.

'HEY! GUY WITH BLACK HAIR! GIVE VADE'S MIXTAPE BACK!" I exclaimed while that man ran away.

"CJ... I don't think he'll stop soon! Hee hee!" Vade giggled. "Don't worry, I found my copy."

I gave a surprised expression. Like, why didn't Vade tell me that she had a copy of her song? Y/N wouldn't be stuck in the hospital. We wouldn't see them.... How do I say this? Go near death itself.

"Uh...... Can we go now?" I asked before Ruby came and ran into Vade.

"I'm sorry-sorry-sorry-sorry-sorry!-" Ruby started to become nervous.

"Yes, we can go. Yes, I accept your apology." Vade and Ruby exchanged a brief hug before running right behind me.

It wasn't in my character to contemplate, however I felt like asking myself many questions. How come Y/N interacts with their plush? How come Y/N see things we don't? Why did the man with long black hair steal Vade's mixtape? How did Y/N know about that... Observatory-like mansion? Heck, is Y/N alive? Even if that's the case, how?

I decided to leave those questions later. I didn't feel like it was my position to answer those questions, heck to ask myself about them. I could only think about how Y/N might be feeling. My thoughts were quickly interrupted when Vade and Ruby screamed, screeching, 'CJ! Look out!'

I was quick to evade the same weapon that almost killed Y/N, only cutting a hair. The axe. That freakin' danged axe.

"What do you want from us?!" Ruby screamed, only to cover her mouth a picosecond later.

"RUN! HIDE! ANYTHING!" Vade yelled out. Vade and Ruby were soon to not be seen anywhere. Hiding in the bushes is a classic, but right now wasn't time to think in a funny way. I threw a road rock against the man's head. He flinched and shut his eyes, leaving me enough time to hide.

It was too dark to see, so I went, what seemed to be, the below of a nearby house.

After a while, the lights started flickering, and I checked outside. He was... gone.

[CW: Blood]

I went outside and made sure it was safe to go home. Unfortunately, it was.... well.... Vade and Ruby were there, however Ruby commented on my jacket, saying there was little bits of blood on jacket. I instantly felt... slightly guilty? No, too guilty. Ah, well, it's the past! No one is gonna care anyways.

[End of CW]

Before I went to room, I decided to say goodbye to Ruby and Vade. I then fixed up a snack for myself. I couldn't get Y/N off my mind though. I felt guilty and everything anyways. I decided to do the one thing I could do.

Text Messaging. I decided to text Y/N to see if they were ok.

hey are u ok? ;-;

No response.

I tried calling them. No response.

Nothing worked. I guess I was going to pull an all-nighter after all. I decided to go find a picture.

I found it, however I wanted to save the photo for Y/N toward the end.

Might just fall within the night...
