After a few more minutes of messing around, Kukui walked in.
Everyone went to desks while Goh just sat on Ash's desk.
The seven teens greeted the Kukui after sitting down.
"Ash-? Can you even see past him?" Kukui asked, laughing quietly.
"I mean I can if I just.." Ash pushed Goh to the side, nearly pushing him clear off the desk.
The other five erupted into laughter.
"...." Goh reached back and pushed Ash out of his seat.
"Of course he does that." Kiawe shook his head.
"Anyways, " Kukui chuckled and shook his head, "today's practice battles!"
".... Lovely, the thing I'm terrible at." Goh muttered.
After being paired up and moving outside, the first pair moved to the field and brought out their pokemon.
Then the second pair.
Then the third.
Goh was really regretting life as he slowly trudged to his side, Cinderace happily following him.
"You look like you want to di-" Kiawe started only to be interrupted.
"Cause at the moment I do."
"Begin!" Kukui yelled.
"Start it off with Pyroball!"
(Help I've been trying to avoid this for the past 20 hours 😓)
"Turtonator hit it away with Dragon tail!"
Turtomator did just that, flinging the Pryroball away and unintentionally toward the group.
"WATCH IT KIAWE!" The five yelled after jumping out of the way.
Goh snickered,
"Alright Cinderace! Hit 'em with Blaze kick!"
"Ay! Flamethrower!"
"Jump n' give 'em another Pyroball!"
Goh glared over at Kiawe, flipping him off as he step out of the way of the flamethrower himself.
Cinderace kicked a Pyroball down at Turtonator, hitting him head on.
"Seriously man?!" Kiawe yelled.
"What?! You expect me to accept defeat like that?!" Goh yelled back.
Cinderace hopped his way backwards to Goh.
"Race cinderace! (That burnt my fucking tail!)" Cinderace complained, crossing his arms.
In the midst of all the chaos, Kiawe began his Z-move.
(Fuck you I'm not writing his speech)
"..... Y'know I'm fine losing to that.. You?" Goh looked down at Cinderace.
Cinderace shrugged and turned back to the other two.
"Inferno overdrive!" Kiawe called out.
"Cinder! (Screw that!)" The fire-type tackled his trainer, sending them both rolling.
"Oh my Arceus.." Ash looked over at Lucario, who was shaking his head.
".... NO. ¡NO, JODETE, HIJO DE PUTA! ¡NOS VEMOS EN EL INFIERNO MAS TARDE! (NOPE. NOPE FUCK YOU, YOU SON OF A BITCH! I'LL SEE YOU IN FUCKING HELL LATER!)" Goh yelled, holding his ribs with one hand and flipping Kiawe and Turtonator off with the other.
"Cinderace ace.. (Lucario better give me attention later..)" Cinderace groaned, lying on the ground diagonally from Goh.
