I headed down a long hallway towards my classroom. I actually really like History I think it's interesting to learn about different peoples cultures but I was still dreading going to class.
"Hey um sorry to bother you but do you mind helping me find Mrs. Chaven's room." A girl asked.
She had what I assumed to be an American accent, implying that she had just moved here. She was a bit taller than me, maybe around 5'5 or 5'6 and had beautiful dirty blonde straight hair with a slight texture. Her makeup was detailed perfectly and was finished with a glossy lip. She was absolutely stunning.
"Oh yeah of course, that's actually where I'm heading, you can walk with me." I answered.
"Perfect I'm Julianna but you can call me Jules!" She said smiling.
"It's nice to meet you I'm Y/n!" I responded.
"That's a really pretty name." She said.
"Awe thank you, I love yours too! So I take it you're from America?" I replied. She was really nice and super pretty, I could tell we are already going to be great friends.
She laughed a little. "Yeah I just moved here from LA."
"Oh wow really!? I've always wanted to go!" I said excitedly.
"Yeah well it's fun for a trip but it's quite a stressful city." She chuckled. "We came to London for a change of scenery."
"Oh yeah that's cool. I love London but it can get a little gloomy and I wish we could go to the beach all the time." I said fantasizing about the warm California air.
She smiled in acknowledgement "So how old are you?" She asked
"I'm 16, you?" I reciprocated.
"I'm also 16!" She said excitedly.
"Oh really so your in year 12?" I asked hopefully, since most of the students in my classes were a year ahead.
"Yeah I am, that's a Junior right?" She asked slightly embarrassed.
"Yes in America it is, don't worry I can help you with British lingo." I laughed.
"Great thanks." She sighed, less nervous.
"Oh here we are." We stopped in front of a brown wood door with a small window towards the top, not that I could see into it though, it was too high up. There was a small blue plaque to the right of the door that read "Mrs Chaven, History" in white lettering, slightly raised out of the sign in a 3D effort.
