a/n- hiiii sorry i swear i literally always forget i'm writing a story lol k enjoy :))
School was just let out and Louis and I left art class. We funneled into the busy hallway and found Jules waiting outside our door.
"Hey Jules!" I said to her.
"Hi." She replied, a bright smile covering her face.
We walked and made small talk about our day until we reached the front.
We went over to a large shady tree. It was across from the fountain which was filled with kids waiting for their rides. Last year we would all meet here so either Louis could drive us home or we could walk.
Shortly after reaching the spot, Millie came hurrying over giving me a hug, followed by Will who was joking with some of his and Louis' mates. Will and Louis are great friends but what can I say obviously Louis likes me more.
"Ready everyone." Millie said as Will said bye to his friends.
After everyone acknowledged Mills, we began walking home. Jules, Millie and I all walked side-by-side in front of the two boys who were laughing behind us.
"Do you guys want to just stay at my place?" Mills asked.
"Yeah sure, i'm kind of lazy to walk to my house anyways." I said letting out a small chuckle.
"Do you guys live really close to each other?" Jules asked.
"Yeah it's only about a 7 minute walk or so." I replied. Jules nodded.
"So how'd you like your first day Jules?" Millie asked with a happy look on her face.
"It was nice, thank you for being so welcoming!" She said.
"Of course, I'm sure it's hard enough moving schools but to a new country, just know we are always there for you." I said with a smile.
We reached the Partridges and Millie unlocked the door setting her bag on the bench in the entryway. I followed, setting mine next to hers.
"You can set your bag there Jules." Millies said.
"Okay thanks." She replied, setting her bag next time ours.
We walked over to the kitchen we grabbed a drink and then went into the living room.
"Sooo" I started, cut off by the loud chaos entering the front door. They're so slow, who knows why they take so long to walk.
"Please don't let us stop your conversation." Louis let out sarcastically, throwing his backpack onto the floor next to the bench. Will eventually doing the same.
"Such slobs." I murmured.
"So what were you saying?" Mills asked. By now the boys had gone upstairs to Louis room.
"Right...um oh yeah so first impressions who do you thinks cute or whatever." I said looking interested at Jules.
Jules laughed. "Oh well I don't know I really don't even know anyone yet, or even anyone's names." She said.
"True." I acknowledged. "You know I did see you and Will hitting it off a bit." I said slightly smirking.
"What? Oh n- no definitely not!" She said urgently.
"Oh relax I'm only kidding. Though you would be good for him, he doesn't usually choose the best girlfriends, no offense." I said attached to a laugh.
"Same with Louis." Mills added. "Though I swear one day Y/n and Louis will end up together." Millie said in a dramatic day-dreaming tone.
"Oh give it a rest." I said nudging Millie. "Mills has this fantasy that Louis and I are in love, which may I say is very much false!"
