The Happy Ending of Tommy Jones [BoyxBoy]

Chapter 7

Tommy was laying in his bed when he heard Sam entering their room.

"Hey" Sam said.

"Hi Sam" Tommy smiled. Everything was better now because he didn't resent Sam anymore.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go see a movie?" Sam asked.

Sam was trying his best to be Tommy's friend once again. They were friends before they were lovers after all.

"Sure"

"Cool I already have the tickets for it."

"Ok, just let me change clothes" Tommy said, getting up from his bed.

After a very talkative ride, they got to the cinema and Sam decided to buy some refreshments. Tommy was left alone when his phone started ringing.

It was Evan.

"Hey Evan" Tommy said.

"Hey, Tommy, I wanted to talk to you. Are you in your room?" Evan asked.

"I'm not" Tommy responded.

This really surprised Evan.

"Where are you?" He decided to ask.

"I'm at the cinema with Sam" Tommy said.

This really angered Evan. He thought that Sam wanted to steal Tommy away from him.

Evan admitted that he was jealous.

"Oh, I see. Can we talk when you get back?" Evan asked calmly even though deep inside he was about to murder someone.

"I don't know when I'm gonna be available, this might take long" Tommy said, looking at Sam, who was standing next to him with drinks and popcorn.

"Please, it's important" the blond pleaded.

"Okay, I will try to get to the dorm as soon as the movie ends."

"Thank you" Evan said and hung up.

Sam and Tommy watched a superhero movie and after it ended, they went to a nearby cafeteria.

Sam was happy that Tommy was opening up to him again.

"Tommy, I want you to know that I'm not doing this because I still have feelings for you" Sam decided to clarify.

"I'm doing this because I want you to think of me as your friend."

"I know that what we had was special and I regret everything that I did in the past because I hurt you but I'm being sincere now. I really liked you back then but not anymore, and it's maybe because we didn't date that long.
I've moved on and you have done the same thing."

"But I want us to be friends again. That is, only if you want to" Sam continued.

"I do want to" Tommy said.

"Besides, I know that you like Evan now" Sam said all of a sudden.

Tommy just looked down, "Is it that obvious?" he asked.

Sam nodded.

"But Evan doesn't like me" Tommy said. He thought that it was for the better because he also didn't know if he was ready to start a relationship with someone. His past relationships really messed him up.

Sam was going to say something but just then, Tommy's phone rang.

It was Evan once again.

Tommy answered the phone "Hi Evan."

"Hey, are you almost back?" Evan asked as calmly as he could. He knew that he doesn't have the right to be so annoyed but he was blinded by jealousy.

"I'm not. I'm at a cafeteria with Sam right now" Tommy answered.

"Where? Send me a text with the address" Evan said before hanging up.

Tommy was surprised but did as Evan said. He thought that it must be important because Evan seemed a little agitated.
