I decided to write this story because I just wanted to express myself through writing.

This story doesn't have much angst from third parties because I wanted to show that sometimes we ourselves are the ones to denied our own happiness.

We get caught with so many internal problems that we can't be happy.

Tommy suffered from insecurities such as not being enough for someone.

His past relationships never ended well.

Evan was scared of being in a relationship with a man even though he was openly bisexual.

Their story does not have a lot of mature themes because Tommy and Evan were sharing it with one of their sons.

They didn't want their son to be traumatized at such a young age lmao.

It was also because I'm not comfortable with writing smutt and such things just yet.

I will get there eventually but for now, they will stay up to your imagination.

I know that Love does not happen like this, it's not all fun and games. There are hardships too but this is one of my first short stories and I didn't want to explore those themes yet.

I wanted this story to be a cheesy romantic short story and it seems that I have achieved my goal lol.
