"Can't you come?" Mina whined over the phone at Y/N. The girl shook her head through the screen, even though she knew Mina wouldn't be able to see her, "I've got a cold. I think I'll stay in the dorms."
She flopped over, with her phone still pressed to her ear. She heard her friend sigh, "Okay. I hope you feel better, though. I'll send you lots of pictures."
"Thanks, Mina," she said before the line went dead. Scrolling through her phone, she tried to find something to amuse herself with before her device pinged with a call.
"Hey, Kami," she said as she turned him on speaker. The boy mumbled something incoherent, "So, I heard you're sick?"
"Yeah, I don't want to go camping tonight."
"That's too bad. Want me to stay and keep you company?"
"That's okay," she responded, "Go with everyone!"
"But I want to go with you!"
She smiled and gave a loud sniffle, "We can go another day together."
