Jungkook couldn't seems to stop sobbing in front of the emergency room. Both of his parents are by his side, holding him and give him support as much as they can. Namjoon's words replayed in his mind and he couldn't even imagine how worst you might feel at that moment.

"Yes, she's pregnant, Jungkook and both of us was so surprised as well. She doesn't even believe it until I convinced her to visit doctor. She was worried that Taehyung's mother would find out about it if we went to hospital, so I took her to my friend's clinic instead. My friend's father told us that even though her all-time reports was showing that she's infertile but the fact that she's pregnant right now only means one thing. She's not infertile, she just hasn't found her perfect match yet. Taehyung wasn't her match but you are. That's your baby, Jungkook. Your love child with her."

"She came to me that day after waking up in that hotel room. Her condition was terrible but all she could think about was you. All she asked me to do was to help her with your company internal data. She doesn't even prioritize her health at that moment. So, I forced her to take some rest first while I'm working on the data. She never betrays you, Jungkook. I hope you know that she really loves you. Everything she does is to protect you."

Jungkook break down even more at the thought of losing you and the baby. He was scared. He feels helpless.

"Son, she will be alright, okay? Chaeyoon is a strong woman. She loves you and she won't leave you alone." His mother's voice was so tempting for him to buy but he was scared to believe them.

"B-But what if-.. What if I lose them both? I-I don't know how-I could continue to live without them. Mom, I'm scared, w-what-" Jungkook couldn't finish his sentence when the doctor came out from the room.

"Miss Ji's family or relative?"

"Y-Yes! Me, I'm her boyfriend, how's her? How's our baby?" Jungkook stood up almost instantly, still with both his parents guiding him by his side, his legs were too weak at that moment.

"I'm sorry but we need you to make you to make a quick choice. The bullet hit right on her stomach which obviously affecting the baby. It's either we save the mother or we lose them both. She has bled too much that we need to make a choice right now." The Doctor's words make Jungkook collapse on the floor, he couldn't believe what he just heard.

"Son!" "Jungkook.."

"Sir, please. I know it's hard but we need to make a choice fast."

"Jungkook..." Namjoon joins his parents to give mental support for Jungkook who inhales deeply and finally look up to the doctor.

"P-Please, save my girlfriend. Please." with his words, the Doctor rushes back to the room, leaving Jungkook with another break down. "M-My baby, our poor baby. I-I'm so sorry."

The next thing he knows, Jungkook open his eyes only to find himself laying on the bed. He scans his surrounding and saw you laying unconsciously beside him on another bed.

"B-Baby.." His voice was hoarse from crying too much and that's when he notices his mother's presence who suddenly come to his other side.

"Son, you've finally wake up? How are you feeling right now?" He looks up to find his mother's concerned face.

"W-What happened, Mom? H-How's Chaeyoon?"

"You passed out from all the stress, Son. You've been sleeping for 2 hours and Chaeyoon's operation went well, don't worry. The doctor said all we need to do is wait for her to wake up. So, we decided to put you two in a same room. I know how much you needed her, Son." She caresses his hair lovingly, wishing she could take away the pain that he felt.
