Ice Age: The Meltdown

Chapter 3

     As we walked the path with the other mammals Ellie and the two possums were going from bushes and behind trees looking ridiculous. "Ellie it's safe you can lose the camouflage," Manny said before continuing walking. "She does reawize that with her travewing with us she wouwd not need to hide because they are with warger animaws, Right?" I asked Manny as I rode on his tusk. He just sighed as he looked behind us, "ooh we'll never make it at this pace. Ellie, it's okay to lose the camouflage, It's safe," Manny called out to her as we continued our path. "Hawk," I hear Eddie yell before something large hits the ground.

     I quickly get off of Manny's tusk and head over to Diego as Manny talks with Ellie. "Do you think she hit her head on a rock when she was younger?" Diego gave me a questioning look as I asked this. "What? It's a we-wegi-wegitimate

question." He simply shook his head as we continued walking. We stayed behind a little as Manny and Ellie were upfront talks.

     Our little group managed to get to an area that has ice, snow, and water puddles everywhere. "Diego, the whole content is moving faster than you," Manny said as I watched Crash and Eddie slide all over the place. "Hey knock it off!" Diego yelled out to the brothers. "Cry me a river blubber-tooth tiger, have some fun," Crash Said before continuing what they were doing. "Can't you see that the ice is thin enough without you two wearing it down?" Diego snapped back as Sid said something to help Diego calm down. "Ah, Diego, come on the Ice may be thin but it can hold a ten-ton mammoth and a nine-ton possum."

I then ran to the front messing with Crash and Eddie before the ice broke with a large monstrous fish breaking it into pieces. Sid fell into the water as we all got separated and a smaller monstrous fish went after Manny. "Diego!" Sid yelled as he tried to swim towards him, Sid noticed the large fish behind him and quickly climbed onto the ice Diego was On as I ran towards them. Sid, in panic, quickly bit Diego's tail, unfreezing him from where he stood and barely managed to get away from the monstrous fish that tried to eat them. "Are you okay?!" I yelled as I went to Diego. "Yea we're fine," Diego said as he put his head on top of mine resembling a hug before I ran over to Ellie and her brothers.

"Are you guys okay?" I asked as she began walking away from Manny after she and Manny exchanged a few words. "Oh don't worry, we are fine," Ellie said as Crash mumbled something under his breath only to get hit by Ellie. "What about you? Are you okay?" She asked as I got onto one of her tusks. "I'm fine, but I am pretty sure you hit your head though," I asked as he gave me a funny look. "You mean you hit your head?" "I know what I said," I said as I heard some commotion from her brothers.

     When we turn around we see them messing with a log before Before Ellie thought it was a fun idea to join. "no thank you, I wike my wife, but this does prove my point." I say as I jump off her tusk and Ellie starts to roll her log as we head for a slope. "Do you always say the first thing that comes to your mind?" Ellie asked as she sets up her log. "Pretty much." "you know if you hop on we can roll down and beat the boys." "I don't know..." I say un surely not wanting to get crushed by a 10-ton mammoth if she falls. "Oh come on, it will be fun." She then put me on her back and started to roll the log down the slope not giving me a chance to protest. We then proceeded to roll over Crash and Eddies' log that got stuck in a small tree before reaching the bottom in one piece.

"See that wasn't so bad," Ellie says as she puts me back onto the ground. "Ah yes, fearing you're going to break something or be crushed was so fun." Ellie looked like she was about to reply when Crash came flying past us hitting a tree. "Ouch" I ran to Diego as Elli got onto Manny. "You happy now," Manny said to Sid as we all observe the sad siblings before Crash gets up and ran ahead with Eddie.

We then turn to look at Ellie who realized she got upset and mad at Manny for no reason. "Hehe What can I say their boys, they give my life a little adventure. You guys are so dead." She said before going and hitting Crash and Eddie
