'I managed to escape from alone with Kacchan and his friends in a first day...' The student named Izuku breathed out in relief after escaping school.
Izuku adjusted his yellow schoolbag's straps, easing himself. 'It was shockingly good! Because N/N goes there too!'
However, he wasn't able to believe that L/N was going to the same school as his! Which made his day better after getting talked about for being quirkless.
Izuku was super elated to know that his new friend has reunited!
It did put a lot of courage on his chest to interact with her after some years... well, in the end, he was too shy and didn't talk to her for a whole day.
He had to admit, it was too patronizing for him that he wasn't able to talk to her.
But he hoped to settle himself down, therefore he could finally man up and talk to his new female friend!
'It's not good to beat around the bush, I have to go to her and say hello! That's how friends should talk, right?!' Midoriya concluded to himself while furrowing his brows, kicking some small stones out of his way absentmindedly.
Izuku gasped and halted his stroll after remembering where he wanted to go after school. "The All Might magazine...!" A whisper slipped out of his lips, sparkling was evident in his vibrant leafy orbs.
Izuku sprinted on his way to the specific shop, there were some magazine stands outside of the entrance. Next to the store, there was a big room full of arcades.
Midoriya ignored it and focused fully on the magazines to search a certain magazine of All Might's workout and some more of All Might, probably.
He speedily picked one of them, reading the cover that included things of All Might's diets, interviews, and merch.
"Oh my god, this is the rarest copy of the special VIP version! I better have it before someone takes it!" Midoriya fanboyed, mumbling all to himself. "I've been looking this for three months everywhere! Finally... I've found it!"
Izuku advanced to the cashier in a hurry, passing other customers and uttering out apologies to them.
Ultimately, a huge fan of All Might reached out to the cashier and slammed the magazine on the counter with an enraptured face. "E- Excuse me! I'd like to pay it!"
The cashier nodded, "That'd be 517 yen."
Midoriya instantly handed it to the clerk from his pocket. "Th- Thank you!"
After receiving the exchanges, Midoriya rolled up the magazine in his hand and headed to the exit.
He stopped at the behind of the magazine stand, his leafy orbs caught bold words "Friendship: Do-s and Don't-s" imprinted onto the magazine cover.
'Friendship?! Maybe I'll buy it the next time I come here again!' The fluffy-haired student thought to himself, 'I hope it will get L/N and I to talk again!'
A certain male protagonist reminded himself that he had to go home faster. 'I have to get home! I might worry my mom!'
Following that, he was about to go, three males arrived where Midoriya was stationed.
"Oi, Bakugou! Is that a loser who said he wanted to be a hero?" The one laughed with his friends.
Izuku quickly looked at three individuals in petrification. 'Oh no...'
A blonde-ashe-haired bully widened his horrific smirk at the target and strolled up to him, threatening him. "Hey, shitty Deku! The fuck were you doin' here?"
The terrified Midoriya stammered, gripping his magazine in his hand. "N- Nothing, Kacchan... I- I'm heading to home!"
One of Bakugou's friends noticed the newspaper in the target's hand, "Ooh! I wonder what's that in his hand... is he hiding something from us?"
That remark made Bakugou notice it as well, he sneered as he grabbed Midoriya by his uniform. "Ha! Think you can hide shit from me?! Fucking give it to me or I'm gonna fucking kill you!"
Midoriya let out some whines as he attempted to hide the last copy of All Might specials behind his back. "It's- It's nothing, Kacchan! J- Just leave me alone!"
What did Izuku notice too late, was that another friend managed to snatch it away from him and threw it to a bully named Kacchan, who caught it by his hand and smirked at Midoriya.
"Wh- Wha--?! No, Kacchan! That's- That's the last copy of All Might specials! I've searched for it for three months in every shops!" A scared classmate pleaded to the spiky-haired asshole.
"Hahaha, shut the fuck up, loser!" The red-eyed punk let go of the uniform and pushed him to the ground. "You? A hero? What a fucking joke! Seriously, Deku, go die! You're just a fucking pathetic quirkless Deku!"
The green-eyed boy yelled out, "No, Kacchan—! Please, not again!"
A scum named Kacchan created an explosion in his hand, burning the magazine to the ashes and let it slip on the ground like a handful of sand in front of Midoriya.
Izuku stared in the dark-tinted ashes in distress whilst three boys laughed.
"See? You can do nothing, what a fucking loser!" Katsuki taunted, "Whatever, let's get to the arcade, he's a good-for-nothing dumbass wasting our time."
Three forms passed Midoriya alone, entering inside the arcade room.
"Geh... again..." Izuku huffed, getting his backpack back up. "Now the All Might specials and money are wasted..."
"You can have it." A voice snapped Midoriya's attention, his eyes perking up to the voice owner.
'L/N?!' His eyes widened at the same copy that he has bought before but got burnt. "Re- Really?"
The E/C-eyed female shrugged, "Yeah. I saw three dudes in front of you and burnt the magazine...? So, you can take it."
"Bu- But didn't you buy it?!" Izuku felt his face heating up as the H/C-haired girl shook her head.
"Nope, the shop owner's my uncle, he doesn't mind. So, take it and go home." The girl flashed him a smile before Izuku finally accepted. "T- Thank you..."
"No worries, take care of yourself." Said the girl whilst Izuku stood up to see that L/N was taller than him and she calmly entered the shop of her uncle's.
Izuku felt his heart race in joy, carrying on his legs on his way home.
