As time grew closer, you found yourself getting more excited.

The morning of the trip you practically barrelled out of bed, got ready in your normal trousers and white shirt, you ran outside barefoot before running back in, grabbing your suitcase you once again ran back out, locking the door you sprinted to the school.

"(Y/N)!"

Stopping, you turned to face Midoriya who was jogging in order to catch up to you.

"Where's your shoes?"

"Don't need them..."

He laughed and you both walked to the bus together.

"I wonder what we'll be doing." He mused.

You didn't listen, too busy bouncing on your feet while luggage was loading on to the bus and Aizawa counted everyone.

"Alright, everyone on the bus."

You were the first one on, sitting at the front, you impatiently waited.

"What will we be doing sir?" Tokoyami asked.

"We're doing extensive training drills up in the mountain, you won't also be needed in the cities, you could be called up to somewhere like this. We'll be staying at a resort just at the base.

Everyone nodded, Midoriya was sat next to you, writing in a notebook as the bus set off.

Resting your head on the window, you watched everything fly by. You closed your eyes, drifting to sleep.

You didn't feel the bus stop, but you felt someone shaking you so you woke up and rubbed your eyes.

You were the only person left along with Midoriya who wake you up.

"Let's go!"

You both got out and you took a deep breath, enjoying the crisp air. It was cleaner, fresher than air in the city.

You looked up, dark clouds swirled around the top like they always did.

"Get yourself settle, boy in one room girls in another. We start tomorrow."

Everyone rushed away but you stayed there, staring up at the mountain.

"We'll go up tomorrow, okay?" Aizawa asked.

Turning your gaze to him, you nodded your head. Grabbing you stuffed you followed the girls, you didn't both setting up your sleeping area, you made your way back outside.

"I want to go up a little..."

Aizawa and All Might both turned to you, they shared a look before nodding their heads.

"Alright, only a little. Keep within earshot."

You nodded and begun to make you way up the dirt trail. There was a few calls of your name making you stop, the some of the class decided they wanted to go with you, so you allowed them to catch up before you kept walking.

"Didn't you grow up here?" Kirishima asked.

"Yeah... I know the mountain..."

"Does that mean you know the perfect hiding spots?" Mina giggled.

You eyed them, wondering what they were planning but nodded non the less.

"How far up is your home?" Todoroki asked.

"About half a days walk..."

You took a sharp left and they followed, you led them into a clearing which was filled with snow, a couple of rocks were scattered about.

"It's so cold!" Jiro hissed.

"Y.. yeah! Colder than anywhere I've ever been!" Yaoyorozu nodded.

You looked at them all, only now realising that they were bundled up in winter clothes while you stood there in the monastery trousers and a white shirt.

"Lucky you're used to it..." Kaminari shuddered.

Sitting down a rock, you looked down at the small town below.

"I.. I think I'm going to go back... it's so cold..." Uraraka mumbled.

Everyone decided to go with her beside Midoriya, he climbed on the rock and sat beside you.

"It's so pretty up here, did you come here often?"

"Yeah... with my parents..."

"Are they waiting for you at the top?" He asked.

Jumping down, you gestured for him to follow so he did. You led him up a different trail going slightly higher into another clearing. Walking into the middle You crouched and swept the snow of two similar looking stones.

"They died when I was little..."

Midoriya knelt beside you, tears brimmed his eyes as he looked at the look on your face and back to the tombstones.

"I'm so sorry..." he whispered, "I shouldn't have asked..."

"You didn't know." You sighed softly.

Holding your hands out, you moulded some flowers out of ice and set them down in front of the graves. Placing your head on your hands, you stayed there for a couple of moments before you stood up.

"Mr Aizawa is calling.."

Midoriya jumped up, following you back to the main trail where your teacher was stood, nose buried in his coat as he looked around.

"Let's go, time to eat." He said spotting the pair of you.

Midoriya nodded, walking down the mountain, but you stayed, looking between Aizawa and where you had come from.

"I'm not hungry..."

With that, you walked back up the way had come from leaving Aizawa stood ther unable to follow you. It was dark, and he didn't know the trails so he went back down.

You made your way back to your parents and sat down between the headstones, resting your back on some ice you and made.

The town below sparkles in the darkness, lights seeming like nothing but a distant memory.

"I wonder if I can be a hero like you guys..." you whispered, "the great hero's Snowstorm and Doe..."
